Rob Chudzinski

I think Chud is a good OC...but giving him all the credit for Cam's success is borderline stupid. Also not giving credit to Rivera is the same as putting all the blame on Fox. We are 1 bad offensive year away from Chud being overated/stupid.

Exact opposite for McDermot, he was given 5 toothpicks, a rubberband , and some bubble gum and told to build a 3 bedroom house with it. Players make plays. Coaches coach. When you have a player who can run the play perfectly or even better than a coach in visions then you have success. Brees/Sean Peyton , Belichek/Brady, Peyton Manning/Whomever he coaches, it feeds off each other. Look at the Baltimore defense. Different defensive coaches...same good defense.

Yes, because coaches calling plays are exactly why teams wins games. Its about knowing your players and their strengths, period.

Which came first, the chicken or egg...

Did we win in 2008 bc Jeff Davidson was calling great plays and taking advantage of opponents. Or was DeAngelo Williams simply in his prime beasting on people and Steve Smith was simply Steve Smith with predictable and weak play calling? Players making plays

There won't be any point in discussing it after Chud leaves. It will be more relevant after the season ends as it was last year.

Cam makes OCs look good. When Chud leaves....Cam will keep on keepin on. I like Chud. There are others like him out there. Same cant be said for the QB he had last year.

    • Very True--and I am a former HS English teacher.
    • Not a Moore fan-but he had a few good games last year-but I want players that scare you--Renfrow's route running and intelligence, Legette's size, speed, and strength, AT's intelligence and route running, Coker's body control, strong hands, and abilty to win contested catches, and TMac's size, body control, and ability to find soft spots in zone coverages.  Horn gives them the ability to stretch the field and he plays special teams.   Moore has a nice smile and can dance.  He filled in well last season, but to get better as a team, you have to upgrade your players.  I think Moore is a bottom of the roster guy who got bumped when we drafted 2 WRs and signed a legit free agent.  Here is the thing--TMac makes us better because he is great against the zone--man?  Good luck with that.  AT's role can be reduced, and that is probably a good thing.  He can specialize in situational football. Coker?  Just getting started. XL?  Just getting started.  Drafting TMac was probably a bit of a wake up call, but XL will be better as the 2. Renfrow?  I see him splitting reps with AT--keeping both fresh and giving different looks. Horn?  Watch the safety cheat his side when he is in the game--I see a young Steve Smith type in him, but he has yet to play a game.  I hear that Morgan loves him.
    • Burns at 5-6 seems....a little aggressive.
