Where's the option for CJ? The pass rush starts with him. The pressure didn't look as impressive when he was out. Pressure on Brees was the key to the game, CJ is the best pass rusher, therefore, he gets my vote.

I hate to comment on individual line play until I can watch the game again, but it looked at first glance like Silatolu had a really nice game.

As to game balls, many are deserving, but Cam and LaFell would be at the top of the list.

So many deserve it, but I'll give it to Smitty for coming back after that injury and having another one of his trademark big gains. Plus, the guy had another monster game as usual. B)

it's nice that the offense got it's act together, but i give the game ball to the entire defense.

Oline.

We ran for over 200 yards without having any one back dominate.

Cam had time to throw the ball.

We had some pancakes downfield on some of the longer runs and screens.

Few penalties.

LaFell, Cam, Godfrey, the entire D...great team win, some excellent individual performances, but the Oline gets it in my book. Hard for anyone else to do anything if they don't do their job, and today they were just stellar.

The correct answer is the secondary. We nearly shut out their wide receivers for most of the game, kept Jimmy Graham in check, and were very effective blitzing. Special emphasis for Josh Norman who Brees didn't want to even throw against.

Don't feel like reading all the posts, but ill say this. Any time an team gains 200+ yards on the ground and only ends up giving one sack, the game ball should always go to the OLine imo.
