I wish it was a bit cleaner though. I took my wife and a couple of her friends there and we got up before ordering because it was really dirty that night. I wish they would fix the bathrooms and keep those clean. (no soap in either bathroom pretty much sealed the deal on me not eating there that night.)

Haha every single one of those bathrooms on Montford Drive are awful. May God help you if you ever have a sudden urge to go #2.

Based on my years of partying around the Charlotte area - still say "Phils" downtown is the worst bathroom to use on a night out on the town. The bathroom at Bad Dogs in University is up there as well. Last time I went there we had to wait in line because someone was having sex in it.

I don't like the title of this at all...it insinuates that solely b/c he has no legs, he was kicked out ..therefore people reading this already have a preconceived notion that Chris is an asshole

Some drunk asshole Panther Fan started all of this and unfortunately everyone involved got kicked out by the end

yeah this isn't going to end well for Moosehead.

Please...enlighten us on what "really" happened then...

I may not know every single fuging detail...but I do know that all the hateful and threatening comments from asshats that live on the other side of the country, were way off blaming the owner, who wasn't even there, for hating veterans and accusing him of a hate crime because of the way the events unfolded.

Their Facebook page is down..but I read a poo-ton of their comments. I go there often enough and I know the owners are not what that family makes them out to be

and what's with your tone anyways? I don't think I'm diggin' it

I already explained earlier in the thread where Chris made an apology on their FB page..before deleting their page entirely..the amount of posts blaming and threatening the owner for everything were astounding...not just the drunk asshole..which maybe once they learned who Tank was..the angry mob moved on...

I just didn't like dude's condescending tone up there...my bad

Yea ownership and service at Moosehead is great. Wings were voted best in Charlotte a few years back, and that is hard to argue against (though Picasso's has pretty good wings). It's a dive that prides itself on being a dive.

Not the national attention the bar needs, but the story does seem odd. I might end up there at some point tonight, so I will ask around.

      I enjoyed reading this thread and the usual banter that follows. The only silver lining I can identify right now is we do actually have a couple of young QB's behind him and we do have a nice roster on both sides of the ball built around the most important position. So if the team overall shows some promise but we still falter largely due to a lack of consistent passing output (again) hopefully the decision makers can be free to make the best decision for the team going forward after the conclusion of this upcoming season.

      I don't really follow the team anymore due to a variety of reasons and consequently have largely stopped posting but I agree that this is a lovely website and community. This forum probably kept me around for years longer than I would've stuck otherwise because of how difficult it was to stop checking multiple times a day. Especially appreciate how lax the moderation tends to be compared to a lot of places, the crew here does a great job. Out of curiousity I decided to try making a new account (solely for testing purposes) to see what exactly is wrong with the sign up process. The issue seems to be that it never sends you an account verification email, thus making it impossible to complete registration. This is likely something to do with the email server upstream, hope it gets fixed. Also, lol
