Election Day/Night Coverage thread

Romney was unlikeable, arrogant, an idiot, and unappealing in general. Republicans and conservatives have no one to blame but themselves for having nominees whose speeches and platforms wreak with tinges of racism and arrogance. That won't ever appeal to anyone more than who it appeals to now.

As far as the President being re-elected... I'm praying for the best, but I just don't see how he's going to fix things either. I've been extremely disappointed and unimpressed with his first term and I didn't see him ever express a clear vision for his second term... But, hey, I'll blindly listen to grassroots organizers despite them not even knowing his policies or plans...

Just really disappointed in the amount of ignorance and nonchalant approach to voting that America has displayed recently.

Actually, Romney made a lot of sense from business stand point. Ask anyone in accounting or financial field... America is going through major economic issues... we get a chance to elect a businessman and instead we elect public worker... priceless.

I understood that from a financial standpoint, although I have questions about how he became a "successful businessman." So, I don't know how legit that is.

That being said, even if you believe he was a legit, successful businessman whom achieved his success legally and ethically, the problem is... He was an arrogant idiot. He's not going to get votes from minorities, especially with crap like the "47%" comment. He doesn't appeal to anyone aside from whom he's trying to appeal to and that's not enough, conservatives and republicans need to reassess themselves.

Most businessmen idea's of saving money is to cut peoples pay and get rid of health care benefits. No thanks I will take the public worker over someone like that.

    • Canales has never been part of big YAC offenses in the NFL.  That’s not his tree.  Not in Seattle, Tampa or here.  Every O he has been associated with basically has been bottom half of the league in YAC.  That’s what Bryce needs to happen though  2 very different things
    • Well, his job is to win and make Bryce better and other stuff too but he has to have a certain amount of buy in to make that work. If it is real or he has to talk himself into believing it, as coach and leader and in the context of the present time with the whole team needing to believe, who knows? You lie if you have to.  I think you have have to separate that Canales from the detached offseason evaluation Canales. It is possible that you are correct and he is sold on Bryce. It is also possible that he isn’t, but cannot confess.
    • Ah yes, the old "accuse your opponent of what you're actually trying to do" tactic. Always amusing 😄 You wanna drop out? No problem, but you should probably do so by just admitting the conversation is over your head.  Though truth be told, even if you don't wanna admit it, I'm pretty sure anyone reading this, watching you dodge the questions and just cut and paste the same recycled answers over and over again can probably already see that 😆
