I'm Defending Cam....

I'm willing to stick with cam....but the pick six was just a back breaker....we had momentum and decent field position after a takeaway and he gave it right to them

Bad decision....

But when you don't run and all you do is ask Cam to make a play.....he gambles. If he doesn't, the 3 and outs and blowout becomes something he just would be forced to accept.

I'm still on the Cam Wagon!

Fire the stupid coaches we have and give him legit coaches that will work with him on becoming a better QB and a better man.

Rivera have simply baby Cam since Day1!!!!

Rivera wouldve been better taking Marcell Dareus.

Cam was to "BIG" of a player and star for a retard like Rivera to coach and handle.

I mean this team just lacks overall depth and talent at other positions. Cam can only cover up so much. The last 2 years we have been in games mainly because of him and games like today are mainly because of other bad players....like Armanti is on the field having balls goin through his hands for an INT

I love Cam as my teams QB and just the other night i argued with some dickbag at a bar why Cam will become an elite QB. But some of you really need to get off Cams nuts and defending him with a religious type zeal. He had a bad game today....deal with it (with the rest of the team).

So having no time to throw the ball and no Wr's getting open is Cam's fault?

Things you cannot really blame on anyone else...

- Holding the ball too long instead of either making the check-down or just throwing it away

- Throwing off his back foot even without pressure in his face

- Staring down receivers

- Bad reads

- Bad passes

Newton has done all of these in our losses this season.

You can argue whether it's Newton's fault or the coaching, but it's pretty hard to argue he isn't doing these things.

I know that's a constant regurgitated talking point this afternoon but cam did make some bad decisions today all on his own.

One example is overthrowing a open Steve Smith by 10 yards in the first quarter.

cam still throwing to wide open people and rarely getting any one open with his throws. he's holdin onto the ball so much because he needs to see the player open before he throws it.

Some of you are fuging stupid. Throw some body open like Armanti and watch it get tipped and int. Yeah that's smart.

    • As long as Morgan is the GM, Young will be the QB. Young is 100% Morgan's guy. The contract extension is pretty much guaranteed unless Young suffers a career ending injury this season.
    • People really need to stop placing Dan Morgan on some kind of infallible pedestal. He is absolutely in lockstop with Tepper regarding Bryce and has been all along. As far as the team being okay with 185 passing yards per game. We better have a proven monster RB in our backfield then. Presently that guy is not on the roster. Chuba has one outlier season so far and the other guys have proven nothing. Not what you would call a great recipe. The only thing we can hope at this juncture is that the highest paid OL in the league for the second year in a row elevates their play from last season and opens up some massive holes even our RB's can get through. But it still doesn't resolve the issue of predictability. With no viable passing game it is much easier to shut down any run game. No defenses are scared of Bryce's arm. It is what it is.
    • i lived in Atlanta from 84'to 92' & back then it was indeed a very different time without the internet & access to information 24/7. shortly after i moved back home to western NC around 93' or 94' the Carolina Panthers were awarded an NfL franchise & began their inaugural season in 95' so ike you i have seen the Carolina Panthers, ,the NFL ,technology, fans all evolve over the many a moon & years now some for the better & others not so ...just saying
