I will tell you why, Wheels and Stewie have been held back because of incentive packages. I believe it's a fact that we would have won more games had deangelo gotten the 18 to 20 touches that he needs to explode. If shakey Jake said it then it has to be true.

i've said the same thing. he has to be paired with a DC that has experience running a team either as a HC or a Asst. HC and they have to have years of experience, but they also have to be able to mesh with the program.

Cam is our leading rusher because our running backs were hampered with the delay at the line of scrimmage, due to the read option. DeAngelo almost had 100 yards rushing against the Chargers, and that is because he is getting more snaps away from the read option. The proof is in the pudding. This is the NFL, where everyone plays a million miles an hour. If there is any hesitation, the defense will be on it like nobody's business. Cam's indecisiveness and Chud's pace for the offense had little to do with D-Will and J-Stew being unable to run the ball this year. Another thing that killed the running game was a lack of a true fullback.

With Kelly, we will see pretty much the same offense we've seen for most of the year, or something just like it. With it, our running game will be dead. They might as well have me running the ball for Kelly's offense.

i'm not a fan of that either, but we can't avoid going forward because we're afraid of an adjustment time. the right coaching staff, though, would be able to get everyone on board and on the same page quicker.

just because this one took so long to work doesn't mean they all will. look at the other teams with massive changes in coaching and philosophies that got turned around quicker.

i'm not worried about it. they're big boys, they can adjust...esp. with the right coaching.
