Yep. I think Cam would have started the season better had he not made it last year. Should be easy to play the us against the world disrespect card for the coaching staff next year.

ummm....nope.

i've been saying this for years.

even had some clown last year call me a hipster for not wanting panther players in the probowl...whatever that means.

probowl has been a headache for GMs for years and has become more and more of a joke every year because it's pretty much just a popularity contest for hyped and/or big market teams.

the game has been horrible for years and when they made it so that players from the teams going to the superbowl were exempt from the game it watered down the amount of talent even further...and then there's those guys who get voted every year and then decide they just don't want to go.

soooo....completely wrong about that but whatever.

      Btw... only Mitch fugging Marner has a better +/- than Key 🔑!!! And, Mitchy needed 5 more games and almost 100 more shifts to get there.

      I was honestly flabbergasted to see Rod send out Stanky and the boys to to matchup against their top line to start the game. The reason that line has been so effective is because they've been matched mostly against 2nd and 3rd lines all year. You've got last change. Use it to your advantage.

      Nobody played well on defense last night. But, the vitriol towards Chatfield (and to a lesser extent, K'andre) is bigly misplaced. People (not just you) just refuse to accept how bad Slavin has been this season. And, I get it. Canes fans (and informed analysts) have spent nearly a decade trying to explain to casuals just how good Jaccccob is at hockey. 4Nations happened and the hockey watching public started to listen. National media even started floating the idea of creating a new award in his honor. Then this season, he gets hurt. It happens. NBD. But, when he finally came back, it wasn't the same. He'll get back to his old self in no time. Probably just some rust, it'll be fine. Only, it wasnt rust, and he's not fine. He's bad right now. It wasnt just last night. Although, that was absolutely the worst game of his NHL career. Slavin (-4) currently has the 3rd worst +/- of anyone left in the playoffs. We've  been begging the world to recognize Jaccob Slavin's greatness. And, by the time we finally got people to listen, he shits the bed! I blame Kash!
