Im bored and think wasnt fully satisfied with my last one. Ready for the damn combine so I can see some numbers. I like the first two picks that MHS posted. Went and watched some tape on Floyd and man he comes off the snap fast.

- I like the idea of trading Beason for a pick. I doubt we could get a 3rd, so I will go with a 4th.

- With this draft we will need to pick up a vet OG

First Round: OT 6'7 310 Taylor Lewan Michigan

I am a firm believer in solidifying / winning the trenches first. I see this guy being able to come in an contribute immediately, esp if we part ways with Gross.

Second Round: DT 6'3 303 Sharrif Floyd Florida

Like I mentioned earlier, this dude explodes off the line. Feel like he has alot of upside.

Fourth Round: OLB 6'2 230 Zaviar Goodsen Missouri

I like this guy as a prospect. Athletic and runs a 4.4 forty. Has been up and down at Mizzu.

Fourth Round: S 6'2 215 Zeke Motta Notre Dame

Good tackler and has nice speed. Not sure about his ball skills though. Not much tape on him as it was his first year starting for the Irish.

Fifth Round: DT 6'3 330 Montori Hughes Tennessee - Martin

Big and nasty.

Six Round: CB/S 6'3 191 Melvin "MJ' White Louisiana-Lafayette

Tall Athletic Fast DB that has played both S and CB. Has a nice highlight clip

Matthews yes, Johnson Idk about...I don't like what I've seen from him. Would rather have Pugh, Barrett Jones I feel is better at LT than Johnson

    • The last time the offense saw the field we were up in points in a playoff game. The defense then allowed the most humiliatingly easy scoring drive in NFL history. So... the coaching staff needs the most help tbh.
    • https://www.drafttek.com/NFL-Trade-Value-Chart.asp   19 is valued at 875. 16 @ 1000 Our higher 5th round pick is @ 28.2  It would take our 3rd to really do anything with. Maybe the 4th plus a 5th.
    • After talking to a bunch of you it seems the overwhelming majority of y'all would like to see our first round pick use them defense because we have went offense and receiver at that two of the last 3 years. But I posed a simple question what is the reason we lost to the Rams and after free agency and all the money we've been spending which side of the ball do you think is in need of more upgrades?  I don't think just because you drafted a specific position repeatedly doesn't mean you shouldn't draft that position again if it's still a weakness I think if you swing it back and you strike out and or miss you have to get up there and take another swing personally I think the offense is much worse off than the defense there's more Star power on defense than offense.  Legette was a legitimately amiss and a bus so we have to just watch the thought of him out of the way we are still without a certified number two and arguably Coker could be that but I'd rather he be a number 3 and we lack a field stretching speed option and a legitimate starting tight end we don't really know what we have at RB outside of tuba so I think the offense is bigger? Than the defense which was average last season.
