To me, this has become confusing only because of the speculation. Rather simply, we know this:

1. The panthers have an interim GM

2. The Panthers asked to interview Ross and Gettlemen

3. Ross and Gettlemen are not publicizing their interviews

The rest is speculation.

To me, an educated guess would be that Ross or Gettlemen becomes our next GM, assuming they take the offer.

I wish everybody would hush about it. The Panthers aren't the type to leak information to the public. Anything the media ever says about the Panther's is pure speculation. We aren't going to hear any hot rumors and then the big news. We are just going to suddenly get the big news.
