"With just a few small twists of fate, DeAngelo Williams could have been every bit as dominant as Peterson is today"

Pretty much yaps on how deangelo had to split carries, ap didn't. Provided some interesting facts though. Still...kinda of laughable. Love dwill though!

Anyone can write for yahoo I think....almost has Bleacher Report qualities.

But you can't argue about the opportunity thing. We have a clusterfug of well paid rushers. Pointless

This. Yahoo! let's people write articles now. Hell, I came across one the other day that talked about a group of aliens establishing a new sneaker brand on Earth. Weird as hell.

Article repeats the exact same thought in repeated sentences. Dead give away.

Some of his other yahoo articles are....a fan's analysis of the Lakers

Don't forget, in 2008 DeAngelo had 1,515 rushing yards and 18 TDs (along with 121 receiving yards and 2 TDs) and he was splitting carries with J-Stew as well (who had 836 rushing yards and and 10 TDs himself). If we had stuck with the Fox ball control offense, D-Will would be spoken of as a top 5 back in the league.

1500 yards one season doesn't make you the RB Adrian Peterson is today.

    • I feel.. your choice of words are ...........   Face the fact Kermit malhomes has already won the CBPOY award.    I don't care, Im still in the true belief that brooks will be a great #2 and get numbers that help team wins. Brooks being a great catcher would open more lanes for growth of this weak offense too.
    • For sure, to me its a huge deal if you are also doing this trade later..... 13th had plenty of *now* lets win a SB help besides a ? at QB. Not even lemon, Bain on a rookie deal had fallen there, about 5 OLmen that start this year on that mid-OL of the rams. Faulk and Lawrence were there too and had the standard rookie contract as edges/DEs. They just failed to trade down and then got scared some team would draft ty in the early 20s. Then bio-polar GM draft the project at QB and then makes a huge draft picks with star young player for the best NFL defensive player?  I think if they draft lemon or even Shaq(rams have started this 1-3 TE move that everyone is copying), they would be the odds favorite for SB. Even draft bain or any of the 5 IOL and that's still places them tops in the SG race.
