Who would you take in rds 1 and 2

1st: Jesse Williams, DT, Alabama

2nd: Cordarrelle Patterson, WR, Tennessee

I personally think Patterson will be long gone, but if by some miracle he's still there we have to take this guy. He's lightening in a bottle and has the kind of natural playmaking ability rarely seen, even if he is very raw.

Where the fug are people getting the idea that Jesse will be available in the second?

If we're gonna post without putting any thought or research like this than give me Star Lotulelei and Luke Joeckel.

as of right now he's projected as a late first or early second. he's behind star, hankins, richardson and maybe john jenkins or shariff floyd

okay where do you get your rankings from kiper jr?

It's called evaluating your own prospects and making rankings according to the tape you watch. Not youtube highlights. Full games of every snap whatever prospect your watching.

Walterfootball and Rob Rang have as much credibility as my dick. I'm not a scout whatsoever, but after all the years of evaluating talent and reading Walter/CBS's poo, I can safely say I trust my opinion over theirs all day.

Why not just go ahead, save us the suspense of waiting til April and post EXACTLY what is going to happen. It seems you have the most knowledge and inside information. No use in having this forum afterwards, as we can just occasionally check in to see what you and your dick have determined.

    • Also, you don't really get good value by drafting a center in the first.
    • First off, we haven't been ignoring the defense. We have drafted several defensive players, but, perhaps more importantly, we have added good pieces in free agency. Secondly, the offense was still kinda bad (27th or so depending where you look at). You can't just say we can't pick an offensive guy while acknowledging that the offense wasn't good. Everything is on the table. Like I said above, it seems kind of counterproductive to say that we shouldn't draft an offensive player high unless they're at certain positions. The offense was mediocre at best. Sure, we had an uncanny knack to win some close games at opportune times, but the offense wasn't really good. To me, it makes little sense to put limitations on who/what we should draft when we need an upgrade at so many positions. What you look at is trying to get the best value--bang for your buck so to speak--and that's the way it should be. D-Mo has used FA to set up the draft in order not to be pigeonholed into anything, and that's the way that it should be.
    • Hubert has plenty of money. I don't hate the guy. I think he a legit good guy. This is Ron Rivera all over again for me. It's just very obvious a coaching change is needed and it audka we gottaboart ways with a good guy and I'd much rather it work out but the same issues appearing again and again year after year are clearly shouting what needs to happen. With that said, if we hire Todd Golden, that's it. I'm out. I'd greatly prefer to just keep getting disappointed by Hubert. I can at least stand to root for that.
