Post Season Draft Grades

[Captain Morgan]

1 - Luke Kuechly, ILB, Boston College A

2 - Amini Silatolu, OG, Midwestern State C tough position to grade after one season,

but he showed enough promise to at least

average...hoping after next year it looks like

a B grade.

4 - Frank Alexander, DE, Oklahoma B behind 2 stud DE's he looks like a great

value and possible future starter.

4 - Joe Adams, WR, Arkansas F

5 - Josh Norman, CB, Coastal Carolina C plus. lost his job at the end of the year,

but he got some good experience...not giving

up on him yet.

6 - Brad Nortman, P, Wisconsin C you always want a big difference maker

when you draft a kicker. He wasn't a big

difference maker, but when you get a

contribution from a 6th rounder, you're

happy.

7 - D.J. Campbell, DB, California B did he make the team? yep. Did he

contribute? a little. not bad.

All in all, it looks like a very good draft.

i the first three will be here for a while, and if nortman improves he may be as well. ironically this will probably go down as one of hurney's better drafts.

I agree with everything, but I'd give Adams a D. Despite the fumbles, he still had the highest return average on the team.
