So Far:

Dolphins have a lot of headlines but have convicted themselves to "cap hell" in two years. overpaid for several guys

Indiana spent less, but also got less talent.

Seahawks offense and defense will be better. Scary

Denver going for broke in the next two years. Might as well.

Baltimore only a skeleton of former self.

Rams are stupid

NFC South relatively quiet.

Don't forget the Browns going nuts and Dashon Goldson's agent raping the Bucs

To me the SeaHawks have done the best.

The Percin trade is solid (i don't like that contract but he is young and a playmaker)

The Cliff Avril deal was solid

Grabbing John Abraham was solid.

They are looking really really good right now, better than Niners IMO.

If Harvin starts stringing 15-16 games played seasons together then I'm a fan. Now the pass rush moves - LOVE. provided all stay healthy, the 2nd wave of rushers will be just as good as the first, and they'll all be somewhat freshish come the 4th qtr

That defense is very disturbing to think about. 3 of their DE's are starter worthy, and that 2nd year guy is a 3rd down monster.

Disturbing is playing them in Seattle, and they get a lead with that crowd their DBs and now their pass rush ability
