My wife has had one, we spent a lovely time in the ER. She has another tiny one in her kidney, a ticking time bomb.

fug that. I'm going to go chug some water now. I didn't know tea could cause them, here i was all proud of me for giving up sodas for tea.

If u drink soda try for non dark or carmel coloring. Yes to lots of water.

Don't over do it in the calcium dept. Also drink filtered water. The sediments in non fil particualrly in the south can cause stones.

I had one a few years ago. It sucked. My dad has had 10+ so I know I'll get another one day. Most people think it's pissing it out that hurts. It's not. It's the stone going through a narrow as fug little tube from your kidney to your pee pee area. That's the pain.

my dad is getting admitted to the hospital tomorrow he has the stones bad and he cant pass them so he will stay until it passes last time he stayed 7 days in the hospital.
