No. He is not quick enough to react, always late to his man.He is not as good as advertised in run support either, takes bad angles, not a thumper. He can play the ball in the air, his balls skills are the only thing in his game that are on an NFL level.

I think if he can do what Naka can do on special teams, no reason to keep Naka around.

Surprising to me that we haven't been somewhat interested in signing Quenten Jammer an X Charger under Rivera. He would be signed at a veterans minimum and could probably play corner or saftey. I know he is 34 and not what he used to be but could possibly bring leadership and experience to our young secondary.
