yeah, BY will probably keep dropping back deep out of habit/necessity, but if he can/is willing to step back into the pocket once the rushers come around he can be more successful. Dropping back that deep and then trying to scramble away from NFL edge rushers didn't work as well last year as it did in college -
Makes sense but the interior OL was by far our weakest link. Bozeman played terrible and the OGs were playing like they didn’t belong in the league. Icky was up and down (normal sophomore slump) and Moton was solid as usual. I’m not as concerned about our tackles as we have BC and the GB guy as backups as well. Two big FA OGs should help but C is the red flag currently.
