Gotta love NFL Network

Was watching the same segment, I think. They show 1 hi light from each game & it was usually from the losing team. Nbd, IMO....

They showed a Charger hilight, they lost, they showed a Bills hilight, they lost. They weren't showing the best hilight from the games, they were showing a good play from each game. 1 play, each game. More often than not it was from the losing team.. It ain't all that......

You guys care way to much what the national media does about preseaso coverage.

At this point there are a lot of Panther fans who are ready to jump at any slight from the national media. I'm in that boat as well.

 

Why? Because when I discuss our team with anyone outside of the Carolinas they think Cam is a scam/bust, and that our team is an 0-16 dumpster fire. Why would they have such negative opinions? They're not watching Panther games. Their opinions are being formed by the national media via the internet, radio, and cable tv. The national media has a bias against our team. They cover our team less, and when they do there is more often than not a negative slant. Hell I just spoke with a casual fan from Charlotte yesterday who thinks things are not working out with Cam, and that we may need to find a new QB soon.

 

Hey it's no big deal that they showed Cam's pick 6 rather than his TD pass. Right? If that were the only negative thing the national media had in store for our team this season then I'd be fine with it.

Seems like all anybody showed was starters playing, unless they were great plays from bubble players late in the game.

You don't think they would show Tom Brady throwing a pick six.  It was a poor play by a starter that played very little in a game.  When I watched the NFL network highlights, they showed Norman's INTs. 

 

We have for the first time a superstar QB . . .  get use to it.  Also, get use to the fact that a lot of people don't like Cam like they don't like Lebron.

2 min in the 2 qrt. Before we went up 14-10. But I guess in your mind the means we had to comeback and win.

 

So we were down and didn't "comeback"??

 

But really, why do so many people care about this.  I've never understood the whole "we're so disrespected angle".  Guess what, teams that win consistently are respected and teams that don't aren't.  Way it's been in the NFL ever since I started watching.  Wasn't too long ago that the 49ers were the butt of a lot of jokes from NFL analysts around the country.  We start winning respect comes, simple as that....

It was one segment during the Colts/Bills game yesterday where they specifically said they were showing ONE play from each game.  I agree with NFL here, the pick six was the most notable play of the game being that it was ones vs ones.
