What can be done about o-line?

The problem is.. it's not 1 offensive lineman.  Bell, Williams, Silatolu..hell even Kalil is messing up. Gross is the only one playing well.  We are not blocking well on the run or pass.  Maybe it's coaching.  I'm not sure.  But you can't even blame 1 player.

Entire left side is backup talent...and Kalil is coming off a year of IR

You reap what you sow, expecting an undrafted player ( Gary Williams), 7th round pick (Bryon Bell) , and a DIV II prospect (Silatolu) to come in and solidify your offensive line is unrealistic. Look at the 49ers, the majority of their offensive linemen were first round picks. Panthers have to draft at least 2 offensive linemen in the 2014 draft.

    • KP is not a straight up carbon copy but they look awful close to me.  T
    • You are right. At the same time I don’t think people are watching games going come on Bryce put it on the ground or sail it OB or whatever. They just have trouble seeing him turning his 3 or four or five top games of 2025 into the weekly standard outing. Which you expect for the kind of money he will ask for (speaking for myself anyway).
    • In terms of comparing Pickett and Young's arm talent it's basically a push at best. Pickett is sitting at 6.2 yards per pass attempt for his career while Bryce sits at 6.0 Last season Bryce was 6.3 in yards per pass attempt. Only Justin Fields Spencer Rattler (both 6.2) Kyler Murray (6.0) 41 year old Joe Flacco (6.0) 44 year old Phillip Rivers (5.9) rookie Cam Ward (5.9) and Tyrod Taylor (5.8) had less pass yards per attempt than Bryce Young in his third season as a starter. Folks going around acting as if it is beyond the pale to say Pickett might have a better arm than Young are living in an alternate reality. You can choose to not believe your own eyes after 46 games but everyone else will acknowledge reality and move forward accordingly.
