Starting to realize most good actors are Brits these days... To balance that out, and this is a stretch, but maybe Joseph Gordon-Levitt? He's my favorite actor and I personally wouldn't want him in a role like this, but could it work...?

I like the unknown idea. I typically prefer movies with unknown actors/actresses.
