I would like to see the story of how he meets Chewbacca... so maybe 5-10 years BBY, so he'd be early 20s.

Try to mirror Harrison Ford's career at that point. Had done American Graffiti and Force ten at Navarone and I might be missing one.

Don't go for a "name" actor here or who is overtly recognizable. Get a guy who has 3 or 4 films tops under his belt. I need to sit at my pc and go thru some filmographys and give my top 3.
