I'm on the air Mondays and Fridays on Wilmington's ESPN Radio affiliate, talking Panthers football. It's been rough on me the last couple of weeks, so I guess eating just about anything other than the crow I've been chewing on since the regular season started would be nice!

Beer can chicken thighs grilled on my Big Green Egg, bbq baked beans, and Shock top Pumpkin beer!

Went out to breakfast since games start at 11 here... eggs, scone, toast, hashbrowns, bacon, sausage..

I picked up two rib eyes, and shrimp. Wife is also making bruschetta. Now all I need is a win or I won't even be hungry to eat it (Rivera has done this to me more than once.)

Gameday starts at 11am here in Colorado, so Sundays always start w/ a breakfast fit for a king...Greek omelette, hash browns, cheese grits, Belgian waffles w/ fresh fruit ...and enough bacon to make you slap yo mama... Now kickoff time for some (more) of colorado's finest produce...
