Who's going to Phoenix to watch this team keep it going?

I went to phx two years ago when we played there last.  Cam's first game I believe and man it was  game....almost pulled it out like many others.  WE used redforce or something like that to take us to the game.  Its a charter bus that goes from chandler to the game, lets you bring your beer and all in and a cooler then has all the early games on 4 or 5 TVs to watch when you arrive and some good really good food.  We have 4 people going to this game and we're really pumped especially after this win.  Lets see if a handful of us can get together.  Everyone post what section your tickets are if you're going and what part of town you'll be staying so we can see if we can all meet up sat and have a few beers before the big game...

Sec 138 row 1, 4 of us

Glad to see a handful of us are going so far....Two years ago there seemed like a decent Carolina fan base out there.....So hopefully it will be the same.  I think the bus that drops us off at the stadium for tailgating gets there about 1030 so we'll have to all figure out a spot to meet up for sure....Staying at the team hotel is a great idea...we did that in Kansas City last year we met steve smith, he was putting his credit info on his room when we were checking in and had a few words with him.  Man is a lot shorter than I thought, but a beast.....talked with greg olsen too....so it was  blast...RR was staying on the same floor as us too we shot the poo and talked about the Alabama game that was going on.....great guy...hopefully his coaching is about to start improving....

The problem for me is finding where the team is staying and getting a room booked in short notice. Hopefully I can figure out where they are. I met Rivera in San Diego last season he is a great guy and fun to speak with. Also said hello to Cam, Alexander, Hardy, Joe Adams, DeAngelo, Amini and some others.

We're all staying in Chandler at the Hilton near the fashion mall or something....then taking that bus/tailgate charter bus.  Hopefully we can all meet up....

Remember to bump this thread a day or two before kickoff in Arizona so those of us that are there can figure out where we can all meet up and tailgate prior to the game. I thought I read somewhere that there are plenty of bars around the stadium. I'll be getting into Arizona Saturday afternoon and would like to go out in Phoenix that night.

I was there for the Super Bowl and I don't remember there being any bars around the stadium.  In fact, I don't remember there being too much around the stadium at all.  It's out in the middle of nowhere.

I've been thinking of going with two other buddies.  I haven't been able to find any good flights yet so I'm not sure.

Bummer...looks look finding a friendly tailgate it is! Hope you can make it out West for the game.

    • You're assuming just as well.   Morgan and Canales were hired 3 days apart.  I believe it was partially due to their connections in Seattle.  i believe Tepper wanted some familiarity with his GM and HC.  It is so easy to sit back and arm-chair QB over draft picks.  You don't know what the philosophy was going into the 2024 draft.  I believe Canales and Morgan were drafting for the future.  XL and Brooks point to that philosophy. Name me one GM that is 100% on draft picks.  Just one.  You're not going to find one.    I think year one picks weren't for what can you do for me now but Potential.   XL hasn't lived up to the hype of a 1st rounder.  I think we all can agree on that. However, there still is hope he comes around.  What I believe they saw in him was his speed after the catch.  He needs to get more consistent but when he gets the ball you kind of hold your breath just a second because if he gets free, he's gone.  The Brooks pick was a signing for the future, and no one could have guessed he would re-injure the same ACL.  This makes the pick look bad but Dallas was ready to draft him later that same round.  IMO we'll have to see what happens next season before we can call this a bust. Wallace has improved each season and for a third rounder has done well.  Sanders has shown flashes and considering the pick in the 4th round it wasn't a bad pick.  His sophomore season IMO was a little bit more productive.  Smith-Wade has been a good addition and has played well.  For a 5th round pick to get as much playing time as he has.  Most picks below round 3 should take a couple of years to get up to speed.  He's been a decent player.  Crumedy, no comment We turned Barrett into Jackson.  This was an amazing move and basically got a starting CB for a 7th round pick.  Pretty shrewd if you ask me. Coker, maybe the best Free Agent signing of the 2024 draft class. So, in short, you can't say that the draft was a bust.  It isn't a home run but all but one are still on the team and outside of Brooks have made contributions to wins.  2025 draft class has been much better with almost every pick making contributions this season.  Now take Fitterer's two years and compare them to Morgan and tell me that they have the same philosophy.
    • He hasn’t led crap, he’s on loaded teams and a piece of the puzzle. And he’s he has improved drastically but it took the ultimate QB whispers in Shanahan and KOC. You put him on this Panther team and he’s back to normal Darnold
    • Slavin and Jarvis week to week. Florida cheap shots took out our two best players.  I’d start KK so he can beat the brakes off someone.
