that was an awful pass by Cam clearly but again I just don't under stand the play call. it was clearly designed to be a quick slant to Smith and there has been absolutely nothing to suggest today it would've worked.

 

You lined 89 up alone on the right side with three guys in range of making a play when Steve clearly hasn't played wlel today.

Shotgun isnt the problem. Its play calling, execution, and penalties. 

 

Denver is in shotgun almost every play.
