Did we instantly become a better team just by releasing him? He was also our emergency qb. There are a lot of people on the 53 that don't see the field. It's called depth. How the hell does a player go from bring the training camp MVP to cut after week 5?

Whats up is examples are being made and useless players are being dropped. Gettleman has no connections to anyone on this roster other than Hixon and Chase ( former Giants ) if you cant play and produce your gone simple as that. Lets hope players and coaches stop bullshitting and man up.

No reason for Armanti to be on the team any more. The Hurney purge is in effect. GMan is preparing for 2014. More cap space. Picking in every round of the draft. I can't wait honestly

The roster move was a weird one. How much better can this scrub be than Armanti? (serious question), because AE was probably average for a #5 WR. Now we have a new guy in here whom we have to pay (so we didn't save much if any towards the cap) and he has to learn our entire system. 

 

The only point I see is to make a statement, light a fire perhaps....

If he scores one touchdown this season, it'll be one more than Armanti scored in three years.

If he can top 5 catches for 121 yards, he'll break his receiving mark.
