Good places to vacation with an infant in May?

Seriously, if you go anywhere don't be around people.  No one wants to hear your baby crying all the time.

+1 vote for crying child sections in restaurants btw

There's a restaurant where I live that doesn't allow kids after 7 pm. They say they cater to a certain clientele after that time. Not sure how long it will be before they are in a law suit but I understand the premise.

We took our 6 month old to Manhattan, and trucked around the streets and subway like a boss.

We also took our 2 week old to a basketball game (well, and entire season of basketball games!)

Goto Charleston SC. May is the perfect month for Charleston and it's a great place for the entire family

we took our six-week-old to the deserts of peru and then cross-continent to uruguay. things are less of an issue than you might assume they will be.

as long as you don't try to do too much you'll be fine, whatever you decide to do. know that the majority of your time you'll be holed up in the hotel room with wifey and baby arsen. as long as you're expecting that and not various excursions into the jungle/forest/mountains/beach or wherever you are you should be content with that; just getting away will be nice i'm sure.

if you fly check with your doctor first. most airlines allow infants as young as a week old, but in general it's a good idea to get six-week vaccinations in beforehand (simply because of so many germs circulating throughout aircraft ventilation systems.)

Don't spend a lot of money because you wont get the enjoyment.

We took ours to my parents beach house the first few years, it was free but still pretty difficult. I'm not a baby person though. Once he turned 9 months it got way better and it just keeps on getting more fun.

Yeah I don't know how you did that. It truely boggled my mind.

Of course at 6 weeks they do just sleep most of the time but still, you guys must have nerves of steel.

    • The defense is 28 out of 32 in salary cap allocation for 2025. We have a ton of resources tied up in the offense including the highest paid OL in the league multiple 1st round WR's and multiple recent draft picks across the offense at TE and RB and we have two 1000 yard backs. Bryce and company couldn't get past Tyler Shough and his crew in 2 games. That's all there is to it. You can spin it and put the entire onus on the defense to your heart's desire it doesn't change the fact that this is an OFFENSIVE team now. If you want to argue that we should revert back to a defensive identity as we have been in the past which has brought us success then I will agree with you on that. But as it stands the onus is on the offense because that is where we have invested through the nose. Dave Canales and Bryce Young need to do a hell of a lot better than they have against the rebuilding Saints who without us should only have 2 wins this season.
    • Bryce is not trending up. He is the same QB he has always been. Bottom of the league in most categories.  If Canales thinks he can build a contender with Bryce then he is a bigger idiot then I thought.  Offense next year will have the same issues and be just as inconsistent as it was this year.  We have seen Bryce’a ceiling and it is 175 yards a game and that is not a QB you keep around as your starter. That is barely a backup.
    • Looks like Darnold should have had at least 3 picks. That'll get ugly in the playoffs eventually. Can't deny his physical talent though. You either have that or you don't. Mike Macdonald is a legit coach.
