Off topic...what did the Welch people ever do to be forever associated with not paying what's owed on bets? I mean, there aren't even that many Welch people to begin with. Either they bet a whole lot and consistently lost, or there was some historical event where they reneged on a treaty or something. Inquiring minds want to know...
