How many sacks has 77 given up on the year?

So this is how it's gonna be. Every time Cam plays poorly I'm going to criticize him and your going to defend him. Deal with it. He played like crap. Bell was good enough to win 9 games but Cam hangs him out to dry and now he belongs in the CFL. Right Tackles do not win or lose games, QBs do.

Nobody here has said that Cam played a good game. The entire team struggled, all the way down to the water boy. It happens, even to the best. Wait what, Cam is hanging Bell out to dry? When did Bell begin playing QB, and Cam begin playing RT? Are you drunk?

When Cam does that move where he runs straight backwards like Dan Marino in tecmo bowl it gives the edge to the pass rusher. Colinsworth even called him out on it. He does it all the time.

I watched Bell get beat like a drum immediately, and I do mean immediately, on numerous occasions.

Sure some of it was on Cam, but our OL has to do a better job, especially on the right side. Pure, and simple.

I'm not going to find pictures on the internet to make a point. But the play were Ginn ran a hitch along the right sideline. He made his break, he was wide open for 2 seconds and by the time the ball came out the defender closed on him and broke it up.

Well fug man, then don't make a point if you have no way to substantiate it. But if I recall Ginn also didn't come to the ball, and had baby hands on that play.

Panthers have a lack of top talent at certain positions

We all know this and we all know why

Prime example drafting. LG who is on IR instead of Jefferies

Best hope free agents can be found as our draft position will be between 22 and 32 this year

As for Cam, I believe he does the best he can for were he is in his career and didn't want to turn the ball over while running for his life.

"Hey guys, I'm just going to make up stuff out of my ass. Oh, you wanted real evidence to back it up? Fat chance!"

I am not required to provide evidence for every point I make. If you don't like it, too bad. How about you post some videos of Byron Bell sucking, I think your making it up.

Are you really saying that you think he doesn't suck?

I suppose Mario Williams setting the single game Bills sack record against him means nothing, right?

Bell sucks point blank anyone taking up for him are probably the same people who got all menstrual when we showed worries for Lukes covering skills.................it's funny because it's the same guys effing up at the beginning of the season effing up now.....just like how everyone wanted to bash Godfrey when the d was playing good, or give munnerlyn praise when he's playing good but in reality he should have never been covering colston.

point being some of you guys are from one extreme to another.........without the between

My point is show me. Go ahead, go record and edit those 4.5 sacks just to prove me wrong. Does that sound like a good use of time?

Honestly, I stopped recording that game, and deleted all traces of it. I never want to watch it again. As for you, well, you can't even stand behind the baseless allegations you made about Cam's work ethic a few months ago. The issue lies within you, work on that buddy.

    • I agree.  He is solid. Another player I think is underrated and with good reason (I will explain): Monroe Freeling UGA Many have him the fifth-rated OT, but I would put him at 2 or 3.  Reason?  He played the season with an ankle issue and still kicked arse.  Here is a write-up that describes him--the injury, in my view, has him rated lower than if healthy all season. OT Monroe Freeling Georgia | 6'7" | 315 lbs Ht:6'7" Wt:315 lbs Class:JR Age:21 (25-Jul-2004) Monroe Freeling earned Second-Team All-SEC honors from league coaches for his performance during the 2025 season. Starting 12 of 13 games, he was twice named SEC Offensive Lineman of the Week after dominant showings against Auburn and Texas, notably grading out at 80 percent with zero pressures allowed against the Longhorns. During the 2025 season, he managed a nagging ankle injury suffered against Kentucky but remained a cornerstone for an offense that ranked first nationally in fourth-down conversions. As a draft prospect, he is recognized for his exceptional reach, mobility in pass protection, and "road-grading" power in the running game. While he has proven to be a reliable starter at left tackle, he also offers significant versatility having started at multiple positions along the line during the 2024 season. Here are some others I like (mostly developmental, but we have at least a year--we hope--at RT)   Your boy: The Panthers were looking at Barber at the SR Bowl practices, I believe.  Good run blocker--needs work in pass pro.  A RT candidate? Shelton would be an ideal swing OT. I really like Bowry.  Footwork is huge for a T, and we do a lot of zone blocking.
    • We could/should re-sign BC and Nijman and draft 2.  There are 5 or 6 expected to go after round 1 that I really like.   Some are a year away, so I would give Moton an apprentice now.
    • I think (April 2025) the Panthers already gave Ickey his 5th year deal for 2026, a $17m fully guaranteed.  This, in my view, eliminates the practicality of signing a free agent, as if any ever make it to free agency anyway.  So we have a year before deciding on Ickey's next deal / future.
