Will We Ever Get Our Number 1 Receiver In A Draft?

Let me ask this question. Which receiver should we draft out of this receiving group if they were the only ones available? Allen Robison, Jordan Matthews, or Donte Moncrief? For me, out of that group, it would either be Robison or Matthews, may give Matthews the slight edge.

Matthews in the 1st

Moncrief in the 3rd

I really wish we could pick up Benjamin and Moncrief

Me too, but if we could get Moncrief or Benjamin in the 1st and possibly a Jarvis Landry in the 3rd, it could end up paying off just as well. Those LSU WRs are pretty good. Both Odell and Jarvis could come in and I feel they would both already be better than Lafell, Ginn and the othe WR on the roster not named Smith.

The entire board has been guilty of this in regards to being wrong about predictions at one point or another.

Curb the holier than thou routine.

There's a difference between being wrong and making an @ss out of yourself just because you don't like a player/team.

Let me guess, you were on the "Alshon is fat and slow" bandwagon?

Yeah he also got cut by the Bills. There is clearly some character flags there.

At this point I don't give a $hit about character issues with the lack of depth at receivers especially during the offseason and a kid who went UNDRAFTED. It does not impact or hurt this team a bit offering a contract for Rogers who was highly talented. It's not like you were taking a risk by drafting him!

I definitely agree with his, Odell and Jarvis may have the surest hands in college football

Agreed. I mean he went undrafted. If he acted up, we could just cut him. Wouldn't hurt us since we didn't draft him. Andrew Luck is about to have 3 good WRs with Rogers, Ty Hilton, and Reggie Wayne coming back.

Yeah that is a good point. But certain teams flag a guy and it's like he doesn't exist.
