This is the first good hire the Bucs have made since Gruden, I honestly don't know what they have been thinking the the time between. and Honestly Dungy should have never been fired in the First place but he did push them over the Edge to get the SB.

After reading this thread, I don't know if the Huddle's IQ just went up, or down. I am gravitating toward the latter.

 

Lovie may not be Madden, but you better believe that the Bucs just got better. What that means, we'll have to wait and see. One thing I know; They won't be as easy an out as they were in 2013.
