Kaepernick is a disrespectful thug

I don't see how people complain about Cam when this ***** is out there acting like a douchebag everyday on Twitter and at Hooters. It's easy to see why his ***** of a mother put him up for adoption (too bad she didn't go with an abortion instead).

Cam is immature at times but never as disrespectful, arrogant and malevolent as Kap. I lost any respect I had for the guy today.

He's not even that good. Cam was for most of the day the better QB, he made better passes while Kap missed open receiver time after time. Ultimately Kap's coach, offensive line and receiver core won the matchup.

I would prefer if you had just said Colin was disrespectful. The "thug" labeling isn't necessary; especially since it now seems more associated with blacks and not it's true association.

And BTW, I will take Cam's immaturity over the so called mature behavior directed at him these past three seasons.

Outside of those points I needed to make, I am with you on how OBNOXIOUS Colin seriously is.  But it's clear the media have their "thug" of a whopping boy in Cam. They will let guys like Colin and RG slide and just wait until another QB with Cam's image and talent enter NFL where  they will then impose Colin and RG's behavior onto him because they know folks will easily buy it just like they are with Cam.

I guess I'm different. I think less the 49ers as a team each time panthers play them based on how the tean personally act and how the fans act. However I hope they win the Superbowl so we can say we lost to Superbowl Champs. I like to think we could have taken Seattle too if we had won. In the meantime I think its hilarious how they are excluding certain states fron buying tickets!

A 49ers fan who grew up in charlotte. GTFO. Don't need you.

I see nothing has really changed on this forum.

When I joined a few months back, I had hoped to stay around. The 49ers are my favorite team, but the Panthers have always been my second favorite. Having grown up in Charlotte and currently living in Wilmington, I have probably seen as much Panther games as most of the people here. I hate the 49ers forum, just a lot of immature trolls, so I was hoping to stick around here.

I couldn't take it. During the game multiple people constantly wished injuries on people. Thats just not my style. A good majority of the people I know are Panthers fans. We can watch the game together and still have a good time. We love our teams, but we don't ever take it to a disrespectful level.

So, I come back here - just to say good game and wish ya'll luck next year(where I am sure we are going to see you again), and I encounter posts like this.

The irony of you calling him a "thug" then wishing he was aborted is not lost on me. What makes him a thug exactly? As a 49er fan, I can see why his attitude and confidence can rub people the wrong way. He is arrogant. I don't like it. But why is he a thug? To me, wishing someone was aborted or wishing injuries is more thug-like than arrogance.

Disrespectful? I seem to remember many Panther fans imitating Kaepernick last month during the 49ers/Panthers game. Not sure why that is not considered disrespectful, but when the tables are turned it is.

Also, gotta love seeing "fine young male" thrown around on the board here. Great job keeping a good community mods.

Lastly, no, the 49ers did not win because the refs gave them the game or because the Panthers lost the game. The 49ers won because they are a better team and had more experience. That is why everyone predicted the 49ers to win, because we are simply better and everyone outside of Carolina knows it. I understand you are upset, but trying to take away from the 49ers is weak.

Look, I understand there are some very quality posters here. I met a few of ya'll when I was here before. I am not trying to group everyone here together. Every board has their certain posters(49ers board has a ton, hence me hating it), but to not control it is just a disgrace. Again, seeing the word "fine young male" thrown around...and allowed is just weird to me.

All that said, the Panthers have a great young team. Lack of experience played a huge role in the outcome of the game today. Yes, there were some bad calls(on both sides), but thats football. We've experienced it too(lost to the Saints because of bad call). I love the Panthers, always root for them outside of 49ers games and I really hope to see the Panthers have continue'd success. I also hope you guys can get this board under control because the Panthers have some damn good fans, its a shame that anyone who visits this forum not knowing that will be subjected to some of these posts.

Again, best of luck in the future - looking forward to what I imagine will be a great re-match in next years playoffs.

It really doesn't surprise me he moved to Wilmington and is a 49ers fan. Between there and Durham or Fayetville, dangerous cities. That said, his reasoning seems to be more to protect himself from being too much of a Panthers fan.

If the Panthers had won, his tune would change. Isn't that the beauty of "having 2 teams"? You don't have two favorite teams. You have a team you stake your credibility on, and a team you can fall back on.

Luck threw 7 ints in two Playoff games, and the media is still riding his nuts.

Same for Wilson, Kaepernick, and RG3.

Cam won 12 games and is still considered so-so. NFL network was a joke today playing out the "suggestion box" for Cam earlier today.

Cam is the NFL version of Lebron James. People are going to keep bashing him until he wins it all. Then, everyone acts like nothing ever happened.

LOl @ the LeBron comment.  He's the best player in the nba, and #2 isnt close.  Cam isnt even the best qb in his division.  Not to say he isnt a dynamic athlete though.  Give him some weapons and he could make some noise.  It's a team sport afterall.

Why you guys hating on somebody who wanted it badder than Cam?

Exactly!  He made plays with his arm and legs when Cam didnt. No shame in that.

I hate the 49's in fact I think thats my most hated team now.   Don't care much for Seattle either or any other NFC team--  But I hope Seattle's D throttles his dumb arse.

Cant blame you.  It must suck to have to say that instead of saying how your team is going to smash Seattle.   I think seattle will be tougher though.

They gave up over 100 yards to an 80 year old possession receiver. I wouldn't say they played too well. Maybe I'm spoiled.

Probably helped having Davis and Crabtree take some pressure off him.

I'LL TELL YOU ONE MORE TIME BITCH, THE REFS GAVE YOU THE GAME.

OR WE JUST BEAT OURSELVES, YOU DIDNT WIN THE GAME.

LOL.  Yep, the refs caught that touchdown pass in the end zone for Davis.  Refs pushed Kaepernick into the end zone on that td run he had.  I'm pretty sure the refs gashed your defense for over 80 yards, not Gore.  There were a few no calls, i saw some on both sides. Nothing that gave the 49ers 13 points and certainly no special potion for the 49ers to neuter carolina in the 2nd half.

Butthurt much?  His taxes went to help subsidize having the Panthers in NC. You should thank him.

I missed the part where paying taxes was optional. In any event, if you knew anything about the Panthers you would know that the stadium and team are financed largely by PSL holders not public taxes.

Largely yes but not completely. Local governments ponied up $50 million to help with the project. So if you paid taxes in those local city and county governments, you helped subsidize the cost of this arena.

    • no doubt but flip that.   The current system insures that there are "regional" games in the early weeks. maximizing the reach of playoff football.  If all of the WC weekend for a conference took place on the west coast they are reducing the "reach" of their hype machine.
    • Hard to say with London--he never ran--combine or pro day.  Here is what AI says, and it is always 100% accurate: Drake London's 40-yard dash time at the NFL Combine was not recorded because he was dealing with a fractured ankle at the time. While he didn't participate in the 40 at the Combine or his pro day, his coach said his 40 time was estimated to be between 4.4 and 4.53 seconds. Some sources also list his 40 time at 4.58 and 4.6 seconds Unless you are running 9s all day, top end 40 speed is rarely reached.  I have always looked at the 3-cone drill.  At his pro day, TMac ran a 6.86--pretty good, actually.  For context, it is faster that Rome Odunze (6.88) who ran a 4.45 40.  Odunze is 6'3" and weighs 216, fwiw, and is considered a very good route runner with no wasted motion.  Mike Evans 3-cone was 7.08.  To put it in a broader context, through 2022, with all NFL prospect 3-cone drills combined, a 6.86 puts TMac in the.89th percentile-  Now consider the fact that he is 6'4" and 220.   We might have something here.  '
