Give Richie Incognito a shot?

Richie lost me when he stated that he wanted to Ish in Jonathan's mouth. To think that that sort of behavior regardless of whether he's a racist or not, is still very much alive and well in this time and age in this country, especially in the South, makes his comments even more disgusting and shouldn't be taken lightly.

And to think those in the media treated his racial rant as typical football behavior, while paint Sherman as a "thug" for his. SMH

shut up dude i said i wasn't saying that we should do it. and i know what team chemistry is, I'm saying that just based on how much salary he'd cost and him being a pro bowler, that it would make SOME sense

If you actually comprehended what team chemistry means - and especially how important it is to an offensive line - you'd understand why incognito makes NO sense. It's also pretty clear you don't know much about Incognito's history. Locker room / off-field issues aren't exactly a new thing with him.

Basing your argument solely on two out of context things while ignoring the big picture is poor debate technique. That's like saying we should sign this receiver because he's big and fast while ignoring the fact that he has lousy hands and isn't very bright.

i mentioned nothing of chemistry i was basing it makes some sense because of his "skill to price ratio"

And that's why you're getting it wrong.

That, plus you shouldn't get too wrapped up in someone being a 'Pro Bowler'. It's not as big a deal as you believe, and Incognito isn't as good as you think he is.

tf are you?

Just an individual laughing at a high school junior who thinks he's an NFL & NBA talent evaluator.

Just one question. How do you balance time between forum posting & balling out for your 0-24 basketball team? It's truly impressive.

    • This And with possibly needing to replace Bryce next year and a deep QB class, I do not hate the idea of moving far enough back to pick up another 1st rounder next year out of the deal. I wouldn't have said that a week ago, but I also never expected us to land 3 big FA's at our 3 biggest positions of need like we have, it totally changes things.
    • The OL has certainly been better than the trainwreck it was three or four years ago. As far as competitiveness let's apply some realism and clarity here. Quite a bit of the competitiveness in 2025 came from the defensive side of the ball which gave up the most points in league history the year before and was one of the bottom 5 units in terms of salary cap allocation for 2025 while the OL was top 3. We had the 26th passing offense last year. And if not for a herculean couple of games from Rico Dowdle we don't back our way into the division title or make the playoffs because we went 4-6 in our final ten games including being swept by the Saints who were starting a rookie 2nd round pick most of us mercilessly mocked when they selected him. In conclusion yes we've seen a difference. The question now is will the investment pay off the way we want. But the only way that happens is if we field a top 15 offense. If we can't even crack the top 20 then there need to be some very warm seats across the board. And I would hope just about anyone here should agree with that.
    • These Spurs are lowkey loaded.  If healthy, they could win it all this year (#2 in the West right now). I still think we’ve gotta keep Kalk on Wemby; he’s not getting completely dominated like every other NBA center.
