here's the point you're missing.. the only point being made.. it doesn't matter what you think or support..

Well if that's the end all be all for your argument then obviously that goes for every single person who posts here, yet we all still offer our opinions on a daily basis. It certainly hasn't stopped anyone.

So Vick can kill things because it's done underground and that's ok but cooper can't say a word drunk and that's not ok.

You'd be way better off with going that both horrible and no one should ever do them. Dogs are easily the most beloved animal in this country. There was a study done that people are more likely to help a dog on the side of the road than a baby. Both Vick and cooper have done what they needed to do to make up for what each has done. We should only care about their football production from now on

With the past heinous history of this country, it's no surprise. What else would you expect from a society that creates millions of Riley Coopers every year. I hope you're not proud of the result of that study. I'm sure if they conduct that study in different societies like Asia and Africa the result might be different. So, don't think this applies to all the 7 billion people on this planet. This is nothing to be proud of. This poo is worse than I thought. That statement caught me off guard. Didn't realize humans in this society was actually this gruesome. Animal over people? wtf. When the hell did they change that hierarchy. Holy poo! We're fugged.

let me stop you for a second.  when I say cool, I meant, they want to win games and doesn't mean they have to be friends with him or even respect him.

certainly you can understand that dynamic as well..  It happens in the NFL.

Agree. But trust me, once that guy leave that locker room for good, I guarantee you people breathe a sigh of relief.

Vick is still a very polarizing player. Let's not pretend like he is unanimously liked throughout the NFL, and amongst all fans.

And I don't give a fug how many dogs he killed that's his personal life. I don't care who Riley Cooper calls the Nword on his off days. I care about what they do between those white lines. That's for owners and GMs to worry about. I don't have to pay the sick bastards. I just want players that can perform on the field.

And you know just as well as I do he's not the only white guy in American that talks like that when black people aren't around.

What does it matter about Asia and Africa? Last time I checked football was played in the United States.

I'm glad you think torturing animals and then killing them if they don't win you money is somehow justifiable.

I highlighted specifically the part where you mentioned a study show majority of Americans would save a puppy over a human baby. I can assure you that sentiment is not held among Asians and African society. The thought of putting an animal over a human being is rather disturbing. Yes, to save one human's life I wouldn't mind the extinction of the entire dog species. That's what animals do, they go extinct. Nothing new. It's just a freaking animal. They're here to serve us and make our life easier or even entertain us. Did I mention they're animals. And the people that would save an animal over a human being are even worse than animals.

And, yes, I'm proud to believe that animals are just that. I don't encourage torturing any animal but I will never accept the putting of animals over human being. If this is what this society is selling I'm not buying it. They can keep their sh!tty values to themselves.

By this post it's easy to see you have a very narrow worldview. You should try educating yourself on how important animals are into are lives. Look up what would happen if the honey bees went extinct.

So...racism is bad and dog fighting is bad. Gotcha. Glad I took the time to read this thread.

I think we may take the lives of our professional football players a little too seriously.

Is it realistic to expect NFL players to be anything more than a reflection of the society we live in?

Yes, I want neither of those pieces of shyt on the Panthers.
