Yeh these guys couldn't get deals done with teams who have cap room and a lot of it, so the panthers must be able to sign them! SMH

Now if someone said bengals Anthony Collins is available panthers are interested, I could believe that because the guys looking for around 4-6 mill for a starting job whereas Albert, Veldheer, Monroe are looking for big big money.

The good news for us is that with all these top tier OT's hitting FA the mid/low tier guys are not gonna get overprized deals thrown their way.

Good point. Let Miami and Arizona throw money at the big three tackles, we wil snap up Collins cheap and be able to go draft weapons, wel that's my hope anyway.

If Cyrus and Tiny were not having leg problems, then there would be even more OT's in the draft and that could help to hold down the big dollars coming their way, same with WR's.  We should be able to pick up a good WR on the cheap.  Afraid others will out bid us on the OT's.

And more names I probably can't remeber, we should pickup a new tackle as late as the fourth round, a mid ranked free agent will be available for us to replace gross, he was at a $4mil cap, collins from bengals would probably be same sort of figure in my opinion.

Agreed, mentioned this in the top NFL free agents thread.  Although, I don't think Collins can be had for less than 7 mill per.

Compared to Albert, Monroe and Veldheer he's probably ranked fourth best out of the tackle group? So he's probably more realistic without breaking the bank, we can talk to him and other free agents now up until Friday evening but can make an official offer until 11th, I'd be happy with anyone of the top four tackles on FA, would take so much pressure of the draft.

Oh I agree, just worry that in the NFL, there are no bargains until about a week before the draft
