About Davis.  We watched him (OTAs) injure his knee for the second time.  Of course, we did not know it at the time because he walked off the field without a noticeable limp.  My son was there to greet him as he left the gates of the practice fields.  He started to ask him for an autograph, but he saw the pain and disgust in his face and didn't.  I told my son on the way home, "If it was the ACL, You probably just saw his career end.  I am glad you did not bug him for the autograph."  Then I assured him that it wasn't because he was not limping.  Wrong.

And what Davis is saying is basically how a lot of people on here feel including me. I think with 21 free agents and so much money invested in a limited amount of players, our cap situation is worse than it was a year ago. It's difficult to watch us struggle just to get one position filled and see everyone else soak up any quality free agents with no effort. We are truly in cap hell and if we weren't we'd have brought in more guys for visits and some of them probably would have cancelled flights and never left Charlotte. But I trust that Gettleman has a plan and he's going to put a decent roster on the field this year.

No, actually I never have. I've stated that Gettleman has made some huge mistakes by franchising Hardy, gutting our receiver corps, and letting the defense weaken. Because of Hardy we couldn't even find Cam a suitable LT in free agency. Well actually we might have, provided Gettleman would have made an actual offer.

 

Every single thread I get to read the same nonsensical comments. It's always "bbbut buut", "they said...d.as", "skying falln", "chicken dittle". Stop being such fools.
