  1. Past hour
  2. Can’t argue. That’s what we have been doing at QB.
  3. That's the Panther way. Maybe he will be better next year!
  4. Today
  5. I'd rather get another possession Wr vet and give Jimmy Horn more snaps. Trade XL for a 4th or something and take a shot on O-line or ILB/secondary in the draft.
  6. Don't really miss him, oh well. He'll be a talking head on tv, so we'll see him every week after he retires.. Running backs are a position you don't need a lot of money tied up in.
  7. I would have even ran Nystrom in that shootout lineup in addition to Aho and Ehlers.
  8. If you want to go with addition by subtraction, you are saying that no one should trade For him. More or less. Release him if it is that bad. I don’t think it is yet though. He should get a last chance to respond by committing himself in the offseason and coming into practices and camp and producing. At or near what is expected from a mid second rounder. Or third. It is kind of like Bryce, he will not ever live up to the cost of his acquisition. To me the mistake is a blip compared to the magnitude of the Bryce mistake and I can’t be but so upset over it. I am like, oh well it happens to every team.
  9. Quay is a very good LB and great at getting after QBs and vs. the run. If we didn't run such soft zone coverage and put our LBs in position to cover so often, Walker would be great. Truthfully, if Wallace or Quay's LB partner was a great coverage LBer, Walker would be great here. He stepped up recently in GB and is still young enough to be around for awhile.
  10. Coleman is much better than XL. Coleman is also Diontae Johnson level head case. So no.
  11. At least we got a point. I missed this one.
  12. Trading him away wasn't the problem. The god awful return we got was the problem...
  13. Lmfao. That was such a bad decision that and the ot lineup choices... Makes me want rod gone so badly.
  14. The real benefit of trading XL is the addition by subtraction. You lose that benefit if you get Keon Coleman back the other way.
  15. Not intending any antagonism, I don’t know what you mean when saying he knifed Fox. Been a long time. What did he do to Fox? I used to really like Hurney but then he started trading future first round picks away. My red line you don’t cross. I was done with him at that point.
  16. The only point of trading for Coleman seems to be to get rid of XL. Unless you really like Coleman. Who really likes Coleman? We are likely better off hoping they can make Legette into something that can at least contribute, and bring in more competition for that group from the outside. That approach has a better chance of getting some kind of return. IMO
  17. When you consider we got Mike Jackson for essentiallY a 7th round pick, you realize it is what you do with the return that makes it or breaks it. 2nd 3rd 4th 5th in the hands of a shrewd negotiator and capable evaluator, much different than in the hands of Scott Fitterer. Just sayin’.
  18. This is an elementary school lunch room level trade.
  19. I think we just need an all-around WR. Both T-Mac and Coker are effective in the slot. If we get another receiver that's effective on the outside and in the slot, we'll be all the better for it.
  20. Coleman seems like a less talented KB. Guy has no desire to be good... I'll take XLs trying but being bad over Coleman's intentionally being bad
  21. Pretty sure he would have had Freddie take a shot. Hahahaha
  22. No Aho? No Ehlers? F*** whichever of the 3 coaches pulled that order out of their ass.
  23. I hate Miller on this team already, but Rod put him out there with questionable coaching makes me want to take a long walk off short bridge.
  24. LOL all the overreaction in this one thread is crazy af. even the current odds on favorite to win the Most Valuable Player Award this season Qb Matthew Stafford has a bad game.just here recently in a week 17 loss to the Atlanta Falcons Matthew Stafford threw 3 interception & one being a pick 6 .so what does this mean about Matthew Stafford ? & same thing with CJ Stroud alot of you all are ignoring the evaluation process whic is to gather all the facts pros & cons good & bad & instead irrationality jumping to the conclusion that somehow Bryce Young is better now or almost as good as CJ Stroud simply based off pretty much that one bad performance CJ Stroud had in a playoff loss to the New England Patriots just saying ...pfft whatever
