  1. Past hour
  2. Lol as if you know what the Panthers will or don't do. At the end of the day they either make winning decisions or they dont. Your total numbers still fail in comparison for what it's worth.
  3. Why did the Vikings get rid of him? Bad move for them.
  4. When we were down 7-6 at half I had a bad feeling.
  5. He’s a great running back. When I heard he was starting that worried me.
  6. He had at least 30+ yards of green grass and maybe a o lineman on that side of the field to stop him
  7. I thought we might be close for a while. You guys were coming off a big win in Pitt, and we were blown out by Buffalo, so we had some motivation while you guys were due for a letdown. But I didn't think we would win.
  8. I think Canales answered this question (temporarily) today. I do wonder if Rico will be able to go next week though as he was pretty beat up today.
  9. I don't want to have to think about that stuff watching football. If they voice that, I can't help but have an opinion, and I would rather not. I understand they have a right to their opinion. I just don't care for it. I guess Butker did it "outside of work", but still. If I had never heard it, I would have likely still thought "well" of him, and I just prefer that reality.
  10. I read your board this week and none of you thought you would win. That alone made me uneasy.
  11. Detroit lost to Minnesota at home today too. Colts got buried by Pittsburgh. What is going on this year in the league?
  12. What does it matter if it’s from one player or a committee? I posted total running numbers, not individual. the main thing you’re missing is the panthers spent big money on a free agent running back 2023 and he busted. plus they’re simply not going to have the cap space to sign dowdle. You can post as many bland platitudes as you want it doesn’t change the fact. unless you want to find out if dowdle runs as well with Ickey holding out for a new contract.
  13. We can only hope. Division games are unpredictable and are always hard fought games.
  14. I see what you're saying, but I think it's just different for athletes. If a business alienates a potential customer, the customer will go somewhere else for their needs. There is not there NFL, or NBA, or whatever. They're the only game in town and like any other rich or famous person, they like to use their platform to support the causes they believe in, a right they've earned through a lifetime of hard work to get into that position. And because all teams have players from all sides of societal or political viewpoints, to me it's all a wash in the end with team sports. If you don't want to be a big fan of a specific player because they speak up on their stances, so be it, but flat out not wanting them on your team because of it is a little too far in my book when they can help your team win. You're not rooting for a woman or child abuser in that situation, or an animal abuser in the case of Vick (another player I would never have been okay with on my team), even if you strongly disagree with whatever they do believe in themselves.
  15. NFL and indeed sports in general can just seem so crazy and inconsistent at times. We destroyed Atlanta. We got buried by Buffalo and New England. Atlanta beat Buffalo and nearly beat New England. Atlanta lost to Miami and we beat up on them after a bad first quarter. Green Bay beat the two best teams it has played, yet tied Dallas and lost to Cleveland. Guess all the craziness is part of the reason we love it.
  16. You guys will be 2 games above.500 after next week.
  17. Its only temporary. But we will take it as long as it lasts.
  18. You guys are going to get used to winning now. Your above .500
  19. You guys played the time of possession game and it worked to perfection. We gave up 167 yards on the ground to you guys. I remember losing to you guys just like this in a last minute TD by Deangelo Williams. That loss was painful too. I remember we had you guys and your kick returner Jones had two big run backs.
  20. he adds a dimension out of the backfield that this team has sorely needed as well. It’ll probably a be a lesson they keep in mind with the position regardless of where dowdle ends up.
  21. Jerry Jones right now watching Rico running wild....
  22. I guess I'm so used to us losing that I cannot imagine what it must feel like ro fans that are not used to it.
