Honestly, I was surprised that Charlotte has so much crime. I became curious when my nephew was on a weekend trip somewhere in Charlotte at a hotel, and his Camry was stolen. My wife is always talking about visiting Charlotte for a few days; I'm like, "What for?" My brother and his wife got married in Charlotte, but live in Concord. My niece stays in Matthews. That's as close to Charlotte as I'll probably be for awhile.

It's happening everywhere. All they see is more tax revenue. How people are going to access these new developments and where they're gonna park, well that's their fuging problem. lol

Anybody else watching? I've got a nice little routine on Fridays where I have the fights on one monitor and work on the others. MMA roster isn't exactly the greatest but they have some impressive muay Thai guys under contract. Today's card above. I don't think I've had a bad one yet in the last 2mo. There was a nasty KO earlier where the fighter's head hit the back of the mat hard and had to be stretchered out (clip below). Fight right after that one has been a three round war with both fighters standing in the phone booth and just eating elbows + body shots. If you go back and read where i said the "face value" of the trade was a win it might make more sense. Hypothetically if we had gotten 3 first round picks for CMC and they had all been busts, you could very easily still make the argument that we got incredible compensation for him and won the trade. Just because the players don't pan out doesn't mean it's not a good trade.

I love the diametrically opposed sides of CMC being a quitter vs CMC being a jerk cause he took too much work and somehow it's agreeable because both people hate CMC

That trade resulted in the following players... Jonathan Mingo (which I guess turned into a fourth round pick because of Dallas, which led to Etienne) and DJ Johnson... Please, enlighten me as to how we won that trade

Miami won those games in large part because they had Cam Ward. Their defense was complete ass. If it hasn't improved majorly they're not going to be able to just outscore everyone with Beck playing the role of Ward.

Nebraska is hilarious man. Rhule is funny to watch and so is their Pat Mahomes cosplayer QB.

I like him, he's from here in Greensboro, never really got the chance because of injury at end of senior year and then was sitting behind a suddenly and impressively reinvigorated Goff. Practice squad signing here is a really good move. Maybe he can grow into the roll a bit more and take over back-up QB duties after Dalton hangs up the cleats. If not, maybe he can just be a really good player to run practice drills here. Either way, a good kid gets to keep living the dream for a while longer and get a paycheck. I've got no problem with that!

Come on. Playing time is not shared by the players and players do not determine who stays on the field. Sounds like someone is jelly.
