And still better than bryce across the board, one playoff game not withstanding.

Points allowed ranking over the past 4 years: 2nd, 4th, 11th, 12th Over the past two seasons, they've basically slid to an upper middle of the pack defense while their offense has trended more and more toward the "save me Superman QB" stuff we did with Cam. Their overall roster has absolutely been trending downward.
-
I know that you didn't necessarily mean it like that, but wouldn't it be something if they hired The Hoodie?
-
he couldn’t win it with Josh Allen . WTH he gonna do with Bryce lol . Yes i love Mcd but as a Defensive coordinator but he’s not coming here for that job . he deserves another shot at HC.
-
It depends on who they hire. It wouldn't be the first time another HC has come in and gotten a team over the hump. But, yeah, most owners are only going to wait so long to make a change they're getting similar results year after year with championship-caliber rosters, especially if they perceive the pressure of a closing window.

Bucky Brooks eats humble pie. You want a couple of slices?

Only on the huddle does Brian Burns sucks, because they too much into themselves to say “hey i was wrong “ . Lol -
Add Caleb to this comparison…he had 3 INT too

The gap between them has really shrunk. It's amazing how far Stroud has dropped. What a terrible QB draft class.
-
I don't get while some of y'all are saying this. Every roster goes through its ebb and flows. The Bills, at least in my mind, were a receiver away this season. Now why Beane/McDermott never felt the need to move up and get a receiver in the draft, I don't know, but you can't do everything. They're overall defense has been ranked fairly highly for the last five years, and their offense has been top five for that same period. Beane has been a good GM, arguably just as good as McDermott has been as coach. They've certainly had Championship contending rosters. It sucks, but the HC is generally the fall guy in those types of situations.

Sprinting to hide behind hypotheticals id take CJ on the panthers over Bryce on the Texans how’s that -
Because he ALWAYS played out of the shotgun.... which is a huge detriment to an NFL offense

All three were horrendous though. A Stroud sucks too the pain of the Bryce trade is watching a home town kid go to the Patriots and in all likelihood make a SB appearance in his second year.... -
Carolina Panthers projected to take massive swing for Trey Hendrickson in free agency And one ESPN analyst believes the Panthers have a clear path to one blockbuster free-agent signing that would shake the NFL to its foundations. Aaron Schatz thought the Panthers make a ton of sense for edge rusher Trey Hendrickson, whose time with the Cincinnati Bengals looks up. This isn't the sort of signing Morgan typically goes for, but Carolina is ready to win now. That changes the landscape considerably. Acquiring Hendrickson won't be cheap. The NFL's sack leader in 2023 and 2024 should be in high demand on the open market, and the Bengals will likely allow him to explore other employment opportunities. It would be an all-in move from Morgan, but the rewards might be substantial as the Panthers look to get over the hump. Hendrickson is an elite pass-rusher. His relentless motor, exceptional technique, and violent hands make him a legitimate force that very few around the league can match. He may be 31 years old now, but there is nothing to suggest that he cannot keep performing well at the tail-end of his playing journey. According to Spotrac, Hendrickson is expected to command an annual salary of $25.44 million on a two-year, $50.89 million deal. The Panthers would have to move some money around to make it work, but now is the time to strike after winning the NFC South and making the playoffs in 2025. https://catcrave.com/panthers-might-be-sitting-bombshell-free-agent-splash-that-rattles-nfl?fbclid=IwY2xjawPbPhBleHRuA2FlbQIxMQBzcnRjBmFwcF9pZAwzNTA2ODU1MzE3MjgAAR72KbrmxZzxalgaGqf86zp1Y6dUeyZqW6GsWP5InhG1BFjr6EQ78felypdTnw_aem_jPLn7ptGlzbuMjk4aXXLLQ

Lol the Bryce trade was a tremendous f*ck up, its not cj or Bryce its the fact we would have had our pick of McDaniels,Williams and MAYE

It’s also a completely arbitrary starting point that conveniently cuts out cj’s best play and Bryce’s…well not worst since he had plenty of performances this year just as bad as his rookie season -
I've been saying since Kalil we needed to draft our franchise center. Which means we're going to find a converted TE with 2 major leg injuries and sign him to a 3 year deal after Mayes leaves in FA and Corbett gets hurt in preseason.

Ive said this for a long time. Burns is no Micah Parsons and look at the 2 offers for each. We should have taken that Rams offer and run. And if we really believed in BY, how many 1sts and 2nds could we have gotten for that #1 overall? Not trading him was absolutely the wrong move.
