  1. Past hour
  2. I mean it went horribly wrong. But that angle really shows how much the wind affected that pass! Wow Maybe a tighter spiral wouldn't have been pushed as much though.
  3. This seems like a logical upgrade for a position of need at the time for trades in the league. How is it moronic to discuss that on a message board solely for discussing the team?
  4. Trading for a 29 year old safety that the Dolphins just went out of their way to sign earlier this year when the team has needs across the roster including the most important position on the field is malpractice. And if you don't want to discuss it then don't quote people.
  5. NFL insider Jordan Schultz reports the Dolphins are open to trading S Minkah Fitzpatrick. Fitzpatrick was acquired earlier in the offseason in the trade that sent Jonnu Smith and Jalen Ramsey to Pittsburgh. According to Schultz, the Dolphins have received “interest from multiple teams” for Fitzpatrick, who is under contract through 2026. Fitzpatrick has appeared in all nine games for the Dolphins this season, totaling 50 tackles, five pass breakups, and one interception, while also recovering one fumble. Fitzpatrick, 28, has been named as a Pro Bowler for each of the last three years and would immediately improve whatever secondary he lands with
  6. Funny seeing what I deem the top 3 negative Nancy's around here posting here. If you don't like it, don't post. Don't hate on Juan for giving up something to discuss other than "Bryce Young bad".
  7. you going to talk about every fictional trade that shows up on twitter? Seems moronic but you do you
  8. You win with Bryce Young, not because of him. Most people would agree with that. We have a throw together Oline and no true TE1 either. Feel like true TE1 Could help Bryce. We've already matched our win total of last year and I expect 3-4 more. Just got to enjoy some improvement after the last 3 seasons.
  9. Teams probably make a ton of inquiries. Doesn't tell us how serious it is. You want your team doing that. I feel like we wouldn't have thought we could get what we did for a guy like Mingo. Started with a call. Let Dan cook.
  10. I know y'all enjoy the negativity, but I don't see what the QB position has to do with upgrading elsewhere. I know you can't help but bring Bryce into the discussion, but upgrading Scott depending on compensation is a direction we should be looking.
  11. I'm just saying that it's probably BS because this isn't the type of person who is likely to have the sources to break have a scoop like this. Sure talk about it.
  12. He'll be 29 later this month and we have many needs going forward. If Morgan is legitimately even entertaining this after what he's done at QB the last two years he should have his keys taken away.
  13. To help with discussion, PFF has him graded as the 9th best SS in the league. 3rd in snap count. He's 28 years old. Would hopefully be stepping in for Nick Scott, which we all know isn't our strongest player.
  14. You are always so pleasant. So...we shouldn't discuss it? Not a big stretch to say the Panthers inquired about a guy at a big position of need that is presumably up for trade. Most of the rumors around this type of year end up being nothing. That's just how it goes. Better to have something to talk about.
  15. I sure hope so. The reality of the situation seems plainly obvious but I've just watched the Panthers do so many obviously dumb things in real time that I can't feel certain.
  16. The Panthers were underdogs in all 9 games this season yet are 5-4. The 2nd time in NFL history. We're favored against the Saints. Huddle: all of the above is... negative. I genuinely admire you people's commitment to misery.
  17. Rozeboom played like a man possessed yesterday. I hope this was the game that sets the tone for the rest of his career here.
  18. Everyone keeps comparing Bryce to Andy Dalton who a.) had more yards than he did yesterday and b.) played with a broken thumb. like im not sure that’s making the point people think it is.
  19. It is an inevitability. There are 53 players per team, untold numbers of coaches and trainers and management people on each team, plus there are what like 20 teams of eight referees working the league... All it takes is a young player coming out of college who overspent and overborrowed on their NIL deal, then over-borrowed based on what they thought they could earn, then they are over a barrel. I can think of two examples of that (and famous ones to boot) already. Or a ref who has gotten behind in their mortgage or lost most everything in a divorce. Or a back-up QB or bottom of the roster guy who knows his time on the league's dime is running out who is willing to sell copies of a playbook or just pass on some real injury information that isn't public. Or how about a star player's personal pee provider just decides that yes, for $1 million they will make sure that guy's next pee test gets blown out of the water, crippling a team's chances right before the play-offs. Soooo many moving parts, so much money at play on an industrial level. And right now, we aren't even talking about the devastating impact this is having on the incomes of young college age and under 30 men in America right now. The numbers are being soft-pushed into the background because the ad revenue is so strong, but it's going to be terrible. They kinda sold their souls on this one. And that always comes back around to get you.
  20. The question becomes what does he want to win more? The game or the wager.
  21. I hope not. I think these guys really want to win.
