  1. Past hour
  2. Slot the other team 14 and wait for the comeback is not a winning strategy. He's gotta be able to do it the entire game.
  3. His ultimate goal is to get back to the NFL, he could care less about college, that much is obvious, but he keeps taking steps to bigger names, next will be an NFL team
  4. So similar to Cam, where he just couldn't make throws that came with ease in the past. Body gave out on him. Mind was willing, but...
  5. There is no question he is clutch. He has a way better completion percentage in the 3rd and 4th quarters than 1st and 2nd. Same with 4th down and 3rd down vs other downs. People love to make excuses but if he improves over the rest of this year and next year on 1st/2nd downs then we got us a quarterback we can make the playoffs and potentially win it all with.
  6. He played left guard next to Ickey in college. He's much more comfortable there and appears a competent NFL player on that side.
  7. True. That season, you could tell Tommy Jone got him. And Lady Luck sort interfered earlier in that season because the AZ game could have happened before it did and people excused it because the big turnover game didn’t actually happen even though it could have. AZ was Tommy Jone grabbing and shaking us so that no one could explain it away and we still didn’t listen.
  8. That fact that he had a bad game wasn't the issue. Coming off Tommy John and imploding is why he shouldn't have been extended.
  9. Yeah, minus the fact that this owner and FO are significantly worse, I guess??
  10. Probably, easy to overlook…..the key defensive player responsible for generating 2 turnovers including ending the Rams final drive in the redzone as they atttempted to win the game
  11. Now imagine this at the upcoming 18 games/season.
  12. I can look at that this week possibly. Maybe 3rd Quarter leads for the entire Tepper tenure? Should I extend into the end of Cam era? Could just do a straight 10 year block?
  13. IDK, sometimes the "eye test" and the PFF grade don't really match. PFF is interesting from a season chunk perspective but game to game it's preplexing.
  14. this is a rookie on a bad team. Playing oddly well. That we play next. But we just can’t talk about anything or anyone because of Bryce and the feelings.
  15. Different owner and different FO. I'm hoping that makes a difference.
  16. The Saints reached (was thought to be more like a late 2nd early 3rd not no. 8 in the second) for a 26 yo qb prospect in the draft so they obviously saw something the believed in so i think they hold off on using their first rounder on a qb. That means they can trade down for someone who wants one of the top three guys.
  17. Today
  18. I think PFF forgot to grade Derrick Brown.

  20. A substantial portion of this fanbase would prefer we win 1 out of every 4 games (which Shough has done) if we threw for 220 yards a game rather than have a winning record and be in the playoff hunt
  21. Totally a coincidence definitely
  22. Well, it gets weird. If Bryce Young is the quarterback…..it’s almost a certainty your team will be trailing at halftime (it’s like close to 80% of the time in his career). So it’s just never ending opportunity to comeback on teams. even this year, the golden year, we trail at the half 75% of the time I’m not sold on the clutch thing
  23. I will happily take quiet on the field over the many screwups he had the first half of our games played. Still think we should upgrade at FS if we can, but happy that he isn't a guaranteed liability every play now
  24. Someone who is quiet in the defensive backfield is a good sign. Chris Gamble, back in the day was the silent assassin. They never said his name on TV after the first couple of seasons because other teams just gave up trying to throw to his side of the field. Scott might not be that level, but he's sure holding down his end of the job.
