  1. Past hour
  2. To be fair, not many 27 year old fourth year players have huge breakout seasons. Most of those guys are who they are at that point. It's surprising when it happens for a reason.
  3. What we have is ass. What Lloyd was prior to this year was meh. Big difference.
  4. it amazes me how many times in general regular fans that pay attention can c players that have potential or r terrible and nfl coaches and scouts sometimes seem too close to it all to really c
  5. It should have been PI. Chiefs took out the Jaguar receiver that should have been at the spot where the ball was thrown.
  6. Ah, the replay shows the refs giving the Chiefs a freebie. My mistake.
  7. I just think he’s a below average QB that isn’t good enough to start in the NFL. Some people genuinely despise him as a person/, leader, etc.
  8. Uncalled defensive pass interference. WR just got straight up took out.
  9. Timing route and the WR was knocked on his butt with the ball in the air
  10. This wasn't even a knock on tmac, Bryce throws a lot of shitty balls, his ball placement is horrible. So if you say that about tmac, then the same must be true about XL. Many thought he had 15 plus drops last year, it looks that way because of bad ball placement
  11. Now he's not allowed to laugh? fug you assholes are relentless.
  12. Sir, this is The Huddle. We are always wrong, take zero accountability and remember none of it. All you have done here is created a new thread that will eventually evolve into the subject of Bryce Young or Tepper being a bad owner.
  13. Wondered what happened live but after replay should've been a penalty on KC. DB took the WR out on a timing route.
  14. Trevor Lawrence reminds us he is Trevor Lawrence.
  15. No, what we have is meh, Lloyd was arguably pretty good, as was discussed, and Basbear projected the ascendance. It makes a world of difference when a player is actually put into positions to succeed.
  16. You put a lot of effort to dismiss any good anyone does. That sir, is a waste of time and energy. 2 things I will never do again with you.
  17. Only concerns I’ve had with TMAC is there have been a few plays here and there where I felt like he could have done a little more to finish the catch or extend. But he’s probably just trying not to shatter on that concrete grass at BOA. XL on the other hand has real Laviska Shenault vibes
  18. When I get time I’ll go back and pull his game by game stats going back to 2023. There is literally zero improvement. None. It’s the same player under Reich as now. He is permanently locked into this 1 TD, 1INT, 1 Fumb, 160ish yards, 5ypa average in perpetuity. Literally right now his YPA is the same as 2023 which is 5.5. I think he finished last year with 6.4 which is still horrendous.
  19. He's been pretty meh up until this year but yeah he sure is balling out this year. Good for him.
  20. I think Dan gets another year. Outside of rounds one and two of last year’s draft, he’s done some decent things. A roster as lacking in talent as ours cannot afford to whiff in the first two rounds. It seems like he learned something. I hope so, anyway
  21. Not only is he balling out tonight, he has been balling this season. Oh well... @Basbear, cheers for thinking outside of the box.
  22. I mean, he was tied for 13th in the league in drops with 7 despite only having only 84 targets while having 49 rec for 497 yards, with 7 catches of 20+ yards and 27 1st Downs in 16 games. T-Mac has 2 drops this year on 43 targets while having 24 rec for 351 yards, 9 catches of 20+ yards and 19 1st Downs in only 5 games. So in only 1 target more than half the targets, he has less than 1/3rd of the drops, while being half a catch shy of half his catches, already 70% of the yards, 2 more catches of 20+ yards, and 70% of the 1st Downs in 11 less games. Again, trying to compare T-Mac's hands or any WR ability other than speed to XL is just completely insane.
  23. Devin Lloyd. There's the LB I said trade down to draft in 2022. Wanted Lloyd, Shaq, Chinn, Luvu, Burns playing next to each other in a 35 with Chinn as the hybrid walk down SS.
