  1. Past hour
  2. This is the time of year we are usually supposed to be the most optimistic but you are dead on. We're going to need a very stout run game if we want a chance because there's no way Bryce is going to be airing it out much against those opponents. We're definitely going to lean heavily on our defense too. For clarity Bryce Young averages 180 passing YPG for his career and last season he averaged 188 passing YPG which was a career high (lol) If you want to compare here is the list of starting QB's passing YPG numbers. https://www.statmuse.com/nfl/ask/nfl-qb-passing-yards-per-game-leaders-2025-to-2026 Bryce didn't even crack the top 25 with the rookie of the year.
  3. I'd like someone to show me 8 wins or after looking the schedule. NO WAY POSSIBLE! And I hope I'm wrong, but we have a brutal schedule! Lions, Bears, Bengals, Seahawks, Broncos at Home non-conference. Vikings, Packers, Browns, Steelers, and Eagles away, non-conference. Find me 8 wins someone, give me some hope.
  4. Interesting. His 40, vertical, and broad were pretty damn impressive.
  5. Today
  6. most recent list I've seen today Edgar Salmingo, Jr. ✌ @PanthersAnalyst · 50m With the news today, we have 29 possible reported private visits (22/30, 4 local, 3 unconfirmed meeting types*) QB Haynes King Behren Morton Diego Pavia Jack Strand RB Kaelon Black WR Denzel Boston Chris Braswell II Deion Burks KC Concepcion (local) Omar Cooper, Jr. Makai Lemon* TE Oscar Delp Justin Joly Dae'Quan Wright OT Travis Burke Caleb Lomu* Max Iheanachor OL Chase Bisontis DL Nick Barrett (local) Chris McClellan Tyler Onyedim Domonique Orange OLB Keyron Crawford CB Jermod McCoy Malik Muhammad* Karon Prunty (local) S AJ Haulcy Jalon Kilgore (local) Treydan Stukes
  7. I see the vision, but if that’s the case, I don’t think you go wr in round 1 unless lemon falls maybe cooper.
  8. Yeah I think we are long term trouble there. Their QB came in and looked like an NFL QB right off the bat. Ours takes yearly baby steps towards that.
  9. Yeah, he sounds like Mickey Mouse. Super annoying.
  10. With these current kickoff rules, seems like we are getting a lot more returns. Whereas for a few seasons the KR was pretty devalued I guess you could say, with all the touchbacks. So I didn’t really complain about it. I believe they might have brought that position back a little now with encouraging the ball be kicked to a place it can be returned. So treat the KR as a true weapon, not just a sure handed fair catcher.
  11. Now they making a big deal about him punching at Hugo at the end of the game...just lol
  12. I feel sure guys had gnarled fingers off of his throws. Fastball. Whether it was 8 yards, or 50. And Cam could throw a real fastball.
  13. It would be awesome if we could edit our posts so I can update the list...
  14. Seems obvious to me that we should get that kind of a guy, we don’t really have one. And the best WR in our 30 year history was a guy like that. The best tandem we had was that guy and a big long strider in Moose.
  15. Add T Caleb Lomu Utah as official 30 visit today
  16. Cam had trouble with touch, especially on the shorter throws. I remember watching him, especially on screens, thinking damn that had to hurt when it hit receivers in the fingers.
  17. A speed receiver that can return kicks and a safety that can play nickel. We are looking to fill holes with guys that have multiple skill sets. Smart, if you can find/get them.
  18. We've needed a true returner for a long time. We seem content to throw whoever back there. Returning kicks is a craft that is heavily undervalued here even though it can greatly impact a game. Devin Hester was feared for a reason. It's a lot easier to drive 40 yards than 75.
  19. I’m not mad about 7.5, but TB at 8.5 and the other two teams tied with us is ludicrous. We should be at least a game higher than the rest of those scrubs. We won the division, we got better, TB and Atl got worse, NO is NO.
  20. I'm not saying he doesn't, just that he's gotten a lot of flack on this board for not devoting himself to his craft and focusing on his social media presence. It was more just an observation of how he gets ripped on, and Bryce, who's openly said he isn't going to address footwork problems, gets crickets. Greatness is never satisfied. I'd like to see some Luke level of devotion again.
  21. I would hope so. It has been years of the cookie cutter physique - obsession with long stride long armed taller guys.
  22. Yeah believe they are interested in TE Oscar Delp (UGA) or TE Justin Joly (NC)
  23. The 50/50 aspect seemed obvious. But that is not at all how they were using him. I didn’t understand that. Maybe, just maybe, Bevell will see something they can do with him that these other geniuses have missed. I think it does go back to the QB though, and question whether he was willing to go the 50/50 route.
  24. I don’t think Cam threw the easiest ball to catch, I mean he was a finger breaker. Heat. All the time. A lot of Ginn’s mishandled balls were way downfield though where that should be less of an issue.
