  1. Past hour
  2. Sour grapes? Bro, I’m the guy that was just arguing King is THE best QB in the ACC the other week. You straight up manifesting something here lol. I merely said they need King to stay on field and healthy….and that is something to question if you talking about a GT run. Because he gets hurt. A lot. I’ll take GT over any team in the ACC if King is ready to rock and roll. He is the best player.
  3. Was going to post pretty much the same thing, the next few weeks will dictate
  4. Stroud will be fine. Yeah they need to fix his OL they stripped apart and yeah he is currently playing bad with his new OC and no OL. The main difference is Stroud showed what he can be for a whole season his rookie year, plus went to the playoffs in each of his first two seasons. I believe he is 2-2 in the playoffs at a very young age for a franchise that was the 2nd worst when they drafted him. This season looks bad but it’s also very early. I will say that this season so far gives you a glimpse of how Stroud would look here. It’s still very much a team sport and always will be.

  6. Totally fair assessment + criticisms. The breaking down of abilities though... he really is and has been processing things at a high level. The rookie season to forget, while many casual fans were upset that their eye test was being failed, many folks that know ball saw the insanity taking place with the highly touted coaching staff that end up being the biggest bust we have seen in a long time, an injury-riddled OL, and subpar weapons. Those were called excuses then and now. Hell, even the criticisms about Bryce's arm strength seem to revolve around plays where he was unable to set his feet and deliver the ball. Not always, but there's been enough video showing stuff for example how many catchable deep balls thrown that aren't due to receivers not holding on. The difference in how the team handled the blitz in week 3 makes me wonder how much of those first two weeks' blitz pick-up issues were on Corbett. I think Stroud should be fine so long as he doesnt regress to how he was in college for all but the Georgia game. Pressure would really, really rattle him. That was the main reason why 3wks before the draft I put Bryce as 1a and CJ as 1b. Before anyone thinks that I'm just arguing to be right, I also thought that Max Duggan was a mid-round steal so being right clearly isnt that important to me as much as it is figuring out where I got it wrong (the league just wasnt ready for Max's greatness... ).
  7. Goddamn that is a hefty MFer.
  8. I think ultimately Stroud passes the "eye test" so it's a matter of whether he will get it together again. Would a change of scenery help, etc? If he keeps declining, you have to wonder if he was just a flash in the pan early. That can happen to rookies. Poor Bryce......it's just hard to really pin anything down that he does well. If you really start breaking down individual QB specific abilities, it's hard to say he does anything at even an average NFL starting level. I think Bryce's leash ends up ultimately being shorter because he just doesn't have the advantage that CJ does with coming out of the gate hot in his rookie season. Also, DC didn't draft him and has already benched him.
  9. The luchador in question.
  10. No tailgate, no excuses! (The real excuse is that a cat jumped on my balls at 4am and I haven't been able to go back to sleep because the fat poo keeps climbing back up on the dresser that he leapt from no matter how many times I take him down or what I put to block the path. More sleep deprivation than alcohol poisoning at the moment )
  11. That depends on the look of the season. If things are looking like a divisional run, maybe we should be buyers(this is heavily dependent on scenario). If things are looking like it's all falling apart, we should be unloading as many bad assets as possible.
  12. Looks like CJ got carried by his teammates because in year 3 he has less passing yards and TDs than Bryce with more INTs. Full disclosure: I think CJ is fine and understand the issues with the team but am enjoying watching the same folks say "NO EXCUSES!!" for Bryce snap their spine in two bending over backwards to give CJ those same "excuses" they denied Bryce. Kungfu doesnt do that, but considering how much you advocate for passing yards as a primary QB metric for success... well...
  13. It's a little early to be drinking(unless you are tailgating). But they do basically split the two metrics, so it's a sinking/floating turds argument.
  14. The stats that matter and aren't made up (according to the Huddle): Stroud: 599yds, 2 TDs, 3 INTs, 0-3 Young: 603yds, 4 TDs, 3 INTs, 1-2 Lack of WRs? Poor OL play? Bad playcalling? Sounds a lot like EXCUSES for a 3rd year QB that isn't playing up to their #2 overall draft status!
  15. It's really unbelievable as much as the owners make. That's one long ass flight with at least one connection. Wow. That seems like a move Tepper would make.
  16. Big ass guys in coach? That's a nightmare for everybody.
  17. DJ probably doesn't want to return to a such a lousy franchise. A contender, like possibly KC if they don't fall completely apart, would be where I'd be trying to go if I were him. Buffalo? Ravens?
  18. Where in the world did that post say he has a rocket arm? The most it said was that his arm isn't weak but that his mechanics cause issues. How in the Hell did you get, "He has a rocket arm and no issues!" out of that? It quite literally lists a shortcoming. No wonder the haters are so irrational. Y'all aren't even reading for comprehension anymore but instead just to respond to an argument that you've already lost.
  19. https://www.instagram.com/reel/DO9k1KdDUJM/?igsh=MTNpYnNsc3ZvZ2c5bw== The play that put them into a REM cycle.
  20. Wilks was very clear that he was an INTERIM HC and didn't have power over personnel. If he did, he wasn't getting rid of CMC. Someone wanted to clear the way for his players.
  21. Oh thats how we beat them... we lul'd them to sleep. Got it.
  22. Done for the year.. Thatcuck also out long term getting through Florida looking better already https://www.nytimes.com/athletic/6665459/2025/09/26/aleksander-barkov-injury-update-surgery-florida-panthers/
  23. Trade XL to the Cowboys. Jerry is a senile idiot and will happily fork over draft picks for him. He can chill on the bench with Mingo.
  24. DJ Johnson’s tools are duct tape and Elmer’s glue. The guy has zero football technique and is almost old enough for NFL pension already. If the goal of a pass rusher was to run directly into the OT’s chest then piss down your leg, he’d be an All Pro.
  25. It’s week 4. XL will most definitely get many other opportunities. But as of now, I hate is body language and demeanor. Instead of sulking and feeling sorry for himself, I wish he had more of a fire under his ass. I don’t see the fight in him.
