I'm happy with this one, as he's very versatile. Was really hoping we'd bring him back. He brought a ton of juice to the special teams unit and is solid enough to play if need be. Would rather have him than some of the other dudes we trot out there.

I'd look at names from the Senior and Shrine game and go from there. We seem to look into those prospects a bunch. Senior bowl oline players get overlooked but they seem the most ready to contribute in rounds after round 1.

I've been pounding on the table for years for us to grab a smart center in the draft. Hopefully we will this season, but this year, not in the first. Right now I think if one of the top two OTs is available at 19, you have to go for it considering Icky and Moton's issues. If those guys aren't there, you leapfrog and take Rodriguez in the first round and grab one of the remaining better OTs in the second.

So Nijman or Icky at LT??? Nijman is a FA and Icky has a torn patellar tendon.

I would add that if we do nothing more in free agency than land a stud Edge and ILB, Both were top 15 free agents on many lists, we done reeeal good. We got 2 quarters instead of 4 dimes--in the past, we had so many holes to fill, we could not go for the top shelf liquor. We should re-sign some roster players, like Isaiah Simmons, Curhan, Nijman, and hopefully Rozeboom

Is Niman still on the roster? Did Icky retire? Niman filled in fine last year. The drop off from Mays to Corbett cost us games. Tackle is not a priority as long as we still have Niman. Center absolutely is.

oh, and will campbell sucks btw. the offensive line talent will continue to drop that coming up from college. There's no physicality left at that level.
