  1. Past hour
  2. I mean, the point is it is a flawed statistic that is just some catch all for whatever. It doesn’t differentiate between truly bad ass performance and you happened to be there and handed the ball off type of performance. It is the same for every player so fair in that sense, but without going into detail of how they qualified for the stat you are just looking at a very broad descriptor. I don’t know about you but until I looked up the the qualifiers and understood that, I had this picture in my head of the QB that leads his team down the field like a boss, against the clock, and passes the team to a last minute or two come from behind win. But is not always the case, not close. if If say, your defense gets a turnover in enemy territory in the 4th quarter and you hand it off to the running back a couple of times, and your team kicks a FG for the deciding score, you get a GWD. Counting the same as the former scenario of the last minute against the clock do or die hurry up drill executed to perfection. Unless you go look at each individual drive chart that earned a GWD, you can’t tell which it was.
  3. The recievers bailed him out on some early throws, I think it help calm his nerves. Bryce had a really good game yesterday and I was impressed by some of his passes
  4. They got CMC and Kittle so I think they got the weapons to really make life hard on our defense given they can pick on our weakness. I expect a standard first half. Panthers would be lucky to score a TD. They have not scored more than one TD in the opening half all season. SF gets up to a nice lead at half. then it can go two ways. It gets really ugly. We have seen that. Or Carolina is allowed back in to the game. We have seen that.
  5. Not convinced he’s the guy but I’ll give him props for doing what he did vs ATL on a bad ankle.
  6. Bryce deserves it and T-Mac is up for an award also
  7. No doubt Young had a great game but a big part of that success was because of his receivers (and by receiver I mean anyone who caught a pass). Young passed for a record 458 yards but 250 of those yard came after the catch so he had a lot of help. Tremble turned a 5 yard pass into a 54 yard reception putting them into FG position for the win Dowdle took a 3 yard pass and turned it into a 32 yard reception putting them in position for a TD pass from Young to TMac TMac took a 15 yard dig route and turned it into a 39 yard gain. Legette took a 5 yard pass in the flat and turned it into a 20 yard reception. More importantly, he ran a go route and unlike the previous week where he made a half hearted, feeble attempt at catching it, he extended out and grab it for a 37 yard TD reception this time. Cooker only had 5 passes his way but caught every single one averaging 13 yards/catch and he caught the 2 point conversion. Evans caught a 25 yard pass on a 3rd down. Sanders caught a 10 yard pass on a 4th - 4. Again, Bryce played a great game. He was poised, looked comfortable and more importantly, consistency made the correct read to exploit the defense. But the receiver group played just as well and I would argue made him look great. I am a Bryce Young fan and have gotten a lot of slack around here for attributing some of his struggles to the receivers youth and lack of experience. Not today - they were fantastic and I just wanted to make sure they got the recognition they deserved.
  8. Rams about to get Falcons top-10 pick next year. Seemed like a stupid trade on daft day now it's disastrous
  9. When Cousins came in, his 1st play was from under center.
  10. Like how Dowdle is now #8 and Legette is #16? (no idea who the others are supposed to be) Why go into that much detail just to get it wrong?
  11. Bryce and Tmac going home, I hope they cook
  12. Looks like our scouting department has uncovered another UDFA's gem in Corey Thornton
  13. I mean it was a stupid trade to make during the draft. Trading back into the first with next year's first is always an awful idea.
  14. Strong odds that at seasons end, at the conclusion of year 3 and 44 NFL starts…… Bryce Young will have 2 wins vs teams that finished their season with a winning record. We aren’t stuck. Being this irrelevant is a choice.
  15. Bryce has to play like this the rest of the year to warrant the 5th year. No going back to whatever the hell that was last week vs. the Saints. Either Canales or Bryce said "fug it" for this week and let it fly, and it worked out. Prove it again next week. Doesn't have to be 448 yards, but the offense has to be efficient in both phases
  16. They’re not actually. Ross wants to keep him and McDaniel no one knows wtf in Miami
  17. Oh, just STFU ..... stop your whining and enjoy it when your team (I assume it is YOUR team) is winning.
  18. Neither is Bryce Young a cat, calm down son. It's meant for fun.
