I like hearing it’s getting chippy. A lot of the same guys as last year on both sides. Means they’re getting to know each others strengths and weaknesses and get under each others skin. That bodes well for improvement across the board. Just like how Jordan Gross credits going up against Julius Peppers in practice for making him a better player. I mean no sh*t bro you had to block a certified HOFer every day hahaha
-
Nothing new there tbh he's a box safety who is awful in coverage
-
I know it’s 1v1 and the receiver has the advantage but damn moehrig been getting cooked the last couple days
-
No, just stating the fact that T-mac is better served learning from seasoned vets. I don't see the problem with that.
-
it’s about effin time we had a big WR who could make contested catches. been waiting for that for, oh, ever…
-
Great catch and the more I see the more impressed I am with TMac. Go Panthers!!
-
Good grief man, you're dragging this stuff into yet another thread?

"The 6-foot-1, 197-pound corner has been catching the eye of those in attendance at Carolina's training camp. Joe Person from The Athletic highlighted how Thornton has impressed during practices so far. His pass breakup on the goal-line intended for promising tight end Ja'Tavion Sanders on Tuesday was the latest in a series of outstanding plays from the first-year pro throughout the last fortnight." https://catcrave.com/panthers-undrafted-rookie-torching-camp-like-his-career-depends-on-it

Coker isn't an experienced veteran, and neither did he go to Minnesota with Bryce Young and company. Now I am not saying he didnt have his reasons for not attending, but he's still a young kid.

68. Tied with Jaxson Dart for the #2 rookie QB. Seems like Ward fell victim to being lumped in with the overall weak QB class when honestly he had the makeup both physically and from a stats perspective of a typical #1 overall QB. Meanwhile, Trevor "Generational" Lawrence had a 78 rookie rating and has a 74 rating in the coming game. LOL
-
Canales was talking Thornton up. Not familiar with him but it sounds like he's standing out.
-
Adam Thielen's one handed catch last year in OT against the Bucs was the best catch I have seen by a Panther in several years. To bad we wasted it.
-
GREAT play but the catch itself wasn't spectacular. Same with X Clown. That catch KB made though... oh wee mayne. I really thought we had one of this generation's special receivers after that play. Damn it...
-
It's definitely one of the better and more memorable catches. But the "best" IMO is undisputed because it has yet to be topped.
-
That catch he made in perfect bracket coverage between Sherman and Thomas who were probably the #1 CB and #1 FS in the league at the time honest to God might be the best single catch in Panthers history.
-
4 again with the mailbox. Like, c'mon dude. You're a rookie. You can't be calling for the ball like that. Probably got that from 19.
