  2. Right or wrong nobody seems to use the type of NT used 10-20 years ago. Many starting NT make ours look huge.
  3. I've always wondered why we tried to run a 3-4 without a true NT. DB is not a NT even though he plays a lot over center.
  4. I'm sorry but if you're saying the things you are then you don't know ball or are just trolling. Differential says the hornets are the 7-8th best team in the NBA. They started the year off injured and horrible in clutch moments. They are -6 in expected record because of the above two things and have found out how to win. Coaching is absolutely not a problem at all, it's a big reason they are turning the corner and winning. 12-3 over the last 15 with only one of those losses at full strength. +2.8 differential Starting lineup has the best net of any 5 man lineup in NBA history. They are favorites in 15 of the teams last 22 games. Their expected record is 44-38, which likely gets them the 6th seed.
  5. I wouldn’t complain if we drafted Dillon Thieneman at #19 and finally fix the FS black hole we’ve had for so long. He’s a natural cover 3 FS.
  6. At the 2026 NFL Combine, the Carolina Panthers, led by GM Dan Morgan, are evaluating a deep draft class with a 600-player board, specifically targeting defensive upgrades and offensive playmakers . Key reported formal interviews include LB Sonny Styles (Ohio State) and DE Keldric Faulk (Auburn), while also considering safety Caleb Downs and WR KC Concepcion. AI Reported 2026 Combine Meetings/Visits: LB Sonny Styles (Ohio State): Confirmed formal interview with the Panthers. DE Keldric Faulk (Auburn): Confirmed formal interview with the Panthers. S Caleb Downs (Ohio State): Linked as a high-priority target for defensive improvement. WR KC Concepcion (NC State): Expressed interest in joining the organization, with the team highly aware of him, according to Carolina Panthers. Draft Focus and Strategy: Defensive Focus: The team is searching for defensive upgrades, particularly a long-term answer at linebacker to continue the legacy of Sam Mills and Luke Kuechly. Draft Board Depth: The Panthers entered the combine with 600 prospects on their board, as stated by GM Dan Morgan. Offensive Needs: Despite having the 2025 Offensive Rookie of the Year in Tetairoa McMillan, they are exploring receivers to boost the passing game.

  8. I am a Golday fan, but Kyle Louis is a smallish stud.
  9. dumb question but I don't know the answer: What is an "informal meeting" (aside from what it means literally) and what makes it different from "formal meeting?" I don't know how to ask the question--but I guess I am wondering why an informal meeting is news, or if they were really interested, why not a formal meeting?
  10. Until he hit that slump, my argument was stronger. I can say that the Bama Bump is perhaps not as substantial as it was before--but your points are valid. My point is based on a strong throwing performance at the combine--which is not more important than the film. if he throws well, I will bet that he goes in round 1.
  11. Yes. I really like the group--Dillion Thieneman (ore) is a player I would consider in the first round (QB for the DBs), later? Bud Clark (TCU), Taafe (Texas), and McNeil-Warren (Toledo). I know many of us are thinking Edge, LB, or OT in round 1 but we could eliminate or reduce those needs in free agency I still like Golday (LB, Cincinnati) but I think Kyle Louis is pretty awesome looking--I think he is a bit short, but beason and Mills were a bit short too. (Beason is listed at 6 feet, Mills was a few inches shorter).
  12. I don’t know who this person is and this is speculation on her part, but I have a feeling they will do what she is saying. If they have to keep getting players around Bryce, how good is he? Focusing on offense when we lack so much on defense would be an awful decision by the FO. Not saying offense should be ignored, I’m all for getting better players, but this defense is in dire need of pass rush and LB help before another pass catcher is added.
  13. I like him too. Seems like the deal is structured for this to happen though, looks like it was always a 2 year deal and he probably knew that going in.
  14. This is really the perfect draft for defense.
  15. The D line is really a sorry excuse bar our Pro Bowler. How can we go from Star and Short to whatever this is. Hope we really look to upgrade it even if it’s at #19.
  16. This class of defensive backs are all track stars.
  17. See if Dallas would bite to move up 1 pick for like a 4th round pick.
  18. Your doing great work mate very much appreciated
  19. He would drop based on the reason everyone else in here is saying. Running backs aren't valuable and you shouldn't take them in the first. I do think that mindset is changing. Your seeing guys like Jenty Gibbs, Bijaun and Hampton prove their worth. But not everyone is ready to accept that change. This dropping his value
