  1. Past hour
  2. You have a QB who has no arm strength, crappy accuracy and can't see over the linemen. I don't think it would make much difference who is running around out there.
  3. The part that bothers me about him isn’t even the height it is the fact that apparently he doesn’t have an arm to reliably keep a defense honest with deep passing or to put enough velocity on the ball in short to either immediate passing to so into tight windows Last year somebody did an analysis showing that Bryce‘s arm just has not been the same since his shoulder injury in 2022. I just don’t understand how a casual fan can notice something like that but pro scouts Are fooled
  4. You're telling me a guy with the body and voice of a middle schooler doesn't command respect? No fuging poo, he's that cowardly dog that rolls over and plays dead at the slightest sign of a threat. Fortitude of jello
  5. Not sold on Canales, but I would like to see him with a capable quarterback.
  6. Yeah lol. I know. I was begging anyone who would listen please don’t draft him. There just isn’t a single NFL level ‘plus’ physical trait to offset his negatives. 3rd day gamble was where I had him.
  7. I would love for somebody to do an all 22 and analyze if the receivers were even attempting to run vertical routes and they’re not getting separation or that schematically Dave has abandoned the vertical passing game. It makes no sense to be a run first team and not have a threat of play action deep passes
  8. Was hilarious to me listening to wfnz in Charlotte blast the NBA about the Rozier situation and then say please text in your thoughts to the FanDuel text line lol
  9. Personally, like most seasons, my eyes are now on the best pick possible. Now, I know some want to win and Dave Canales falls into that camp. What would I do? well, I would shuffle my WRs. Last 3 weeks we our pass game has been 124, 102 and 138 yards. A very clear step down of late. 121 yards per game is the trend which is a very clear trend down. has anything changed the last 3 weeks? One of the top 2 best route runners and most reliable to just his job and be where he should be has been inactive. While he wasn’t a high production player…..he had demands that defense actually account for a real route runner. And it wasn’t abnormal to see Bryce miss him for what should have been a pretty decent gain via a bad pass. And he is still 3rd in receptions by the WR group despite disappearing the 2nd part of the shuffle would be acknowledging XL is more of a net negative than positive. so my base 3 WR sets would be TMac and Coker on the outside. Renfrow back to the slot. Work in Tremayne. Do what you want with the last spot with Horn or XL. I say keep Horn active. and I’m not sure it’s all XL. But he is too raw to help BY out. He needs a QB that helps him out. They do nothing for each other. so yeah, Bryce Young needs the best possible collection of route runners and dudes that know how to do their jobs….and we should be treating him like a rookie. Thats if you actually wanted to get better. I don’t. I do think they should bench XL for Tremayne and just rep him super heavy as he seems to actually be the one most worth trying on the roster to get volume to improve for a post Bryce world
  10. Same as here. He was never going to make it in the NFL with his limitations. Maybe he latches on as a backup somewhere. If he got really serious about his footwork and mechanics there is a slim chance he could do better. But he hasn’t been able to so far and changing that stuff and getting to where it comes without thinking, is just very difficult to do and takes years.
  11. Coaching what? He has terrible fundamentals and no alpha personality traits. He has the build of a high school QB who doesn't hit the gym. What can he possibly teach anyone about being successful when he is a failure in the game. Go back to Cali and open up a chain of restaurants and play video games all day.
  12. You have to be blind in one eye and can't see out the other to think Young is the guy.
  13. If they had a suitable QB, Canales could open it up like he did in Tampa with Mayfield. This is on Young who can't throw it downfield. Why they jetisoned White at this time is beyond me. He could make all the throws needed. Now they have grandpa and Mighty Mouse left to work with. Pisses me off.
  14. Morgan and Canales are in year two. I was referring to an arrangement made with them.
  15. This is the first step, absolutely. You’ve got to get the dealers out of the house first, the ones pushing this stuff non-stop. The NFL should ban all gambling ads and sponsorships, period. No “brought to you by DraftKings,” no Caesar’s spots every five minutes, no pregame shows dropping ATS picks like it’s part of the sport. Nobody’s saying you can’t bet if you want to but the league should build a wall between itself and the gambling machine. Right now, it’s like having a liquor sponsor for an AA meeting.
  16. The ones toting water for someone against all logic and reasoning DO NOT get to make threads and decide when its ok to start not liking a player anymore. You can miss me with that BS.
  17. The whole team and organization is suffering. The fan base is holding on by fingernails hoping that somehow/someway he will turn it around. Isn't going to happen. Hopefully the brain trust is trying to fiqure out how to take him out of the equation for the rest of the season and send him back to California after that. They have to do something.
  18. Raiders will take a chance on him first before he becomes a career 2nd/3rd string QB. If he decides he is not ok with that, I see him deciding to retire.
  19. It’s just as much a dead horse to keep trying to blame other things over Young. He was absolutely the reason we lost, period. There was no gaming around a D that had zero respect for Young throwing downfield and Young playing right into their hands. The defense had two slip ups but they had us in the game and I can’t blame them for mistakes/getting worn down when your QB has 8 of 9 3 and outs after the opening drive. We have one problem to fix to get us to the point where we can then discuss other issues. Until then, the rest is just verbal diarrhea.
  20. Lol. I love the fact that this was so far under your skin that you had to come back and continue the debate. We beat Green Bay and then got demolished by the Saints. Winning a single decent matchup doesn't negate the fact that they have the 2nd easiest schedule in the NFL.
  21. If we didn't yank him, he would also break his 30 INT season record. DC isn't exactly scheming guys open very often. You would see some WILD INT's.
