  1. Past hour
  2. Been here since 2009, what a long, strange trip it's been. Here's hoping the road goes on forever and the party never ends.
  3. This is set up for a week of excuses if he plays his normal game. If he lives.
  4. Grabbing anyone from the Titans just isn't worth the investment. MLB, though, needs to be addressed either now or in the first round of the draft.
  5. ILB has been a huge weakness since losing Luke. I don't think we'll find the answer in trade, and probably not in FA either. But boy oh boy do we need to focus on MLB in the draft.
  6. That was crazy. Because Dalton was terrible mostly mentally. Which wasn’t a concern going in. Just how slow and statuesque he might be and maybe the arm was washed. Never a thought about him melting down.
  7. Nah they are just trying to protect him. You can't believe the staff right?
  8. Roll it into next season while we spend the rest of this one seeing what we've got, what could be drafted and what we'll still need. Then go grab it. We aren't far from being competitive and we're developing a level of grit we haven't seen since the best Rivera days. There's still a long way to go, but don't eat the seed corn yet. Unless Myles Garrett is on the trading block... then grab him. He'd fix a whole heap of our problems.
  9. And they still wouldn’t put Hooker in. He must be horrible.
  10. That's big if he can. Imagine Yosh Nijman going up against Micah Parsons
  11. My fingers are in my ears and I am singing la la la I can’t hear you.

  13. Carolina Panthers (4-4) Chance to make playoffs: 15.4% Projected first-round draft slot: No. 12 Adding, subtracting or sitting it out? Carolina has cap space -- $23.7 million, per Roster Management System -- and could use help at all three levels of the defense. The Panthers are a could-go-either-way team, and whether they add or subtract could depend on whether they're 5-4 or 4-5 after Sunday's game in Green Bay. -- Graziano Key position of need: Inside linebacker. The Panthers rank last in DVOA against tight ends, and Christian Rozeboom has the highest broken tackle against rate among regular off-ball linebackers, according to Sports Info Solutions. -- Schatz Who could be on the move? Running back Chuba Hubbard. There's really no interest in trading Hubbard, and the Panthers aren't expected to be aggressive. But with the emergence of Rico Dowdle, confidence in rookie Trevor Etienne and the return of Jonathon Brooks next season, you could make a case for listening to trade offers for Hubbard and his four-year, $33.2 million contract. -- David Newton Who could be targeted? Titans edge rusher Arden Key. The Panthers' 31.1% pass rush win rate ranks 31st in the NFL, and the edge rusher group has been a big reason why. Though Carolina isn't really in a position to spend future resources for a short-term contract, there's another reason why this could make sense. The Titans have the most 2026 cap space ($113 million) of any team, per OverTheCap.com, which means they probably will be spenders in free agency and unable to get a compensatory pick for losing Key. The Panthers could deal a pick for Key now and then recoup some of the value via a comp pick because they have $31 million in cap space next year (or they could re-sign Key if they like what he brings to them). He has a 22.5% pass rush win rate at edge this season, which would rank fifth best if he had played enough to qualify. -- Walder
  14. Roll her over unless your trading for an established player that you intend on keeping no rentals
  15. I think they held him out because he was not 100%, unable yo take reps with the team and they didn’t realize how terrible Dalton would be
  16. They also tend to be completely pathological liars/sociopaths. Dating one will make you age in dog years.
  17. From today's internal NFL cap report, 10 teams with the most space ... 1) Patriots: $48.97M 2) Cowboys: $31.22M 3) Commanders: $26.28M 4) Lions: $23.91M 5) Browns: $21.74M 6) 49ers: $20.81M 7) Steelers: $20.45M 8. Seahawks: $20.16M 9) Titans: $18.75M 10) Panthers: $16.77M per Albert Breer
  18. Well Wentz is out for the rest of the season so we'll know if they were bullshitting with JJ or not soon.
  19. Dalton reportedly got injured on the opening possession vs the Bills. Thumb on throwing hand.
  20. Dalton injured his thumb on the first series vs the Bills reportedly. Which basically means he most likely injured his throwing hand on the 3rd snap of the game/first called pass.
  21. Why not? Our starting QB logs similar outings all the time.
  22. Almost like Kon might be decent. Who woulda thought?
  23. high ankle sprains generally keep you out for multiple weeks. Bryce is the oddity, not JJ.
  24. There is no way we can with Dalton as QB 2 anymore. Bring anyone else up.
