Not really. Our 2014 team is definitely the worst playoff team we ever fielded, and it was likely a worse team than several years where we *didn't* make the playoffs (1999, 2004, 2009). We missed the playoffs one year because DJ Moore took off his helmet too early. I don't think any of our players are as boneheaded as Byron Bell or Brenton Bersin or the like.

Krys Barnes looked solid in the game he started against the 49ers. So from Wallace to Cherelus to Barnes I don't think we lose too much

XL, Sanders, Bryce, TMac and Jimmy Horn are all extremely dumb. We only have to count on one of those guys to stop being dumb and that’s TMac. The rest aren’t part of the 3 year plan.

I get where you are coming from with this. And, you're not wrong... But, no matter how hard you try, it is impossible to give 100% effort when you know, in the back of your head, that it won't matter. There is a noticeable difference in the way the team plays with Freddie in net versus when Bussi or PK is back there.

We are a different team with Slavin, Jarvis and a decent goalie…currently Bussi. Just get to playoffs and maybe make a couple of trades. I do worry about how many “nights off” this teams has though

A fun exercise with Bryce to bring context to the GWD narrative: 14 wins total Of those, only 1 game where he led a win by more than 1-score. The ATL game, where he threw for 121 passing yards. 12 of those required game winning drives. Just 1 other didn't where the opposing team carved into our lead but we held it. Now reverse this... He has had 11 games lost by 1-score. So 12-11 in one score games. That's an average at best mark. And most of them had the chance-- it's a .500 mark with the opportunity to have a GWD. The crazy part in this... The rest - he's 2-18 in games decided by 8+ points which is insane. So basically, he's delivered 1 decisive victory led by a defense/run-game, we're .500 with him when we can keep it close, but get blown out nearly twice as much. Summation: Since we can't win decisively with him, nearly all of his wins result in a technical GWD.

Maybe just go 6v5 the rest of the way...
